American singer and songwriter Ciara and her husband, NFL player Russell Wilson warmed the hearts of several fans as they recalled their first date in a recent sweet video on Instagram.

Several people also look up to their union as the model relationship. In a recent sweet Instagram video, the love birds further warmed hearts when they shared details about their first date.

The conversation took place during Wilson’s DangerTalk podcast where he and his wife opened up about their life as married couples. He then threw a question at Ciara, asking her if she remembered their first date.

Without holding back, the singer replied in the affirmative and went on to give a detailed explanation about the event. She disclosed that they both drove around Ocean Avenue looking for the perfect place to eat.

After much deliberation, they eventually settled at the Georgian Hotel because it looked relaxing and there was hardly anyone there. Ciara explained that Wilson made sure to make the setting right by adjusting the lights.

The athlete also continued the story, explaining that the date happened during one of her rehearsals, and he had been in complete awe of her, especially since he had always loved her over the years.

The pair have also shown a keen interest in the fashion industry as they recently launched their clothing line.

It is a known fact that the pair started out as friends. They met in March 2015, after Ciara’s split from rapper Future, with whom she shares a son.

Eventually, their relationship became romantic, and Wilson met Ciara's parents when her son, Future Jr. was ten months. The singer once revealed that her connection with the football star was just different.

His conversations and outlook on life stood out from everything she used to know. She added that he had good energy with her son, and he was also consistent.

The pair eventually tied the knot in 2016 and welcomed their daughter, Sienna Princess Wilson, in April 2017. In an interview, Wilson opened up about his experience successfully raising two kids in a blended family.

Earlier this year, the lovely family expanded once more when they welcomed their second child together, Win Harrison. The proud father has, however, hinted that he might be ready to have more kids.
