Julie Chrisley Looks Incredible after Losing 20 Lbs in 2018 — Glimpse at Her Weight Loss

In 2018, Julie Chrisley, who shot to fame for her appearance on the reality show, "Chrisley Knows Best," disclosed to PEOPLE that she had lost 20 pounds since she began using Nutrisystem.

"I figured out the foods that were the best fit for me, and I started just doing the breakfasts and the snacks and then I added in my lunch," Chrisley said. "Then I do have dinner with my family at night."

Chrisley went on to say that she needed to work with a nutritionist from the program to eliminate soy from her diet. She explained that she eats things like breakfast burritos, egg sandwiches, and desserts.

As reported by Hollywood Life, Chrisley started using Nutrisystem years after her double mastectomy operation in 2012. She said that she realized she needed to roll out an improvement after her surgery.

Chrisley had encountered a lot of weight fluctuation with the post-op medications, so she said she set out to look for a program that would work with her way of life.

Nutrisystem has presented her with the tools she has needed to lose the weight, and she feels fantastic after reaching her initial goal of shedding 20 pounds, Chrisley went on to share.

Before she and Todd find their way to one another, they were hitched to other people.

Chrisley has been married to Todd Chrisley since 1996. The couple shares three children, Chase, Savannah, and Grayson. The show "Chrisley Knows Best" follows the misadventures of their family.

Chrisley is more centered around her family than popularity. When she was growing up, her family was very poor, according to reports. In fact, she reportedly spent her childhood in a double-wide trailer.

Meanwhile, before she and Todd find their way to one another, they were hitched to other people. Chrisley was first married to her high school sweetheart, Kenneth Wayne Childress, in 1991.

Chrisley and Childress were rumored to have divorced just a few years later. Todd, on the other hand, was married to Teresa Terry from 1990 to 1996. They have two children, Lindsie and Kyle.

In 2012, Chrisley was diagnosed with breast cancer, and she can thank her husband, Todd, for saving her life. At the time, Todd kept nagging at her to have a mammogram.

With the support of Todd, the star had a double mastectomy and later reconstructive surgery. After the treatments, Chrisley is now cancer-free and looking incredible.
