Jada Pinkett Smith's 67-year-old mom Adrienne Norris recently blew fans away with an up-close look of her incredibly fit body in a picture she posted on Instagram.
It might be the season to be jolly, but for Jada Pinkett Smith's mother, Adrienne Norris, it is the season for six-packs and flaunting them.
Norris took to her Instagram with a head-turning snap of her super-fit body. Despite her impressive physique, the 67-year-old fitness goddess played things down and revealed that she needed to get back to serious work.
Fans were surprised because her shape clearly does not need any more changes. It is perfect! Captioning her picture, she wrote:
"This foot has kept me out of the gym. Now looking more than just 'full' in the middle. At 67 this may b my new normal."
The picture Norris shared was a mirror selfie of herself wearing a gray sports bra and a pair of dark leggings. The sports savvy outfit effortlessly showed off her ripped physique, and she looked fabulous.
To show how enthusiastic Norris is, the stunner even had an ab wheel, a total core carver, and some resistance bands in one hand while she held up her phone in the other.
Fans were impressed, with many of them commenting on how Norris looked nowhere near her age. Many other comments joked that her own definition of being full in the middle is their definition of being super fit.
It was on this show that many people became aware of Norris's past struggles with heroin addiction.
Others joked that they would love to look like her at that age. Norris must have been delighted to see all the kind comments left on her post.
Norris, who is fondly known by her friends and family as Gammy, is more than a sizzling hot 67-year-old who has an admirable passion for keeping fit.
In fact, she has something in common with many of her family members, including her daughter, Jada Pinkett Smith, her son-in-law, Will Smith, and her grandkids, Jaden and Willow.
The stunner has also had her time in Hollywood, even though it was a brief stint. She reportedly appeared in the 2016 comedy movie, "Bad Moms" as herself.
Before that, she had an uncredited role that was tagged "woman from Detroit" in the 2010 remake of the action drama, "Karate Kid." Her grandson, Jaden, starred in this movie.
Norris is also a co-host on "Red Table Talk" alongside her daughter and granddaughter. She has been since it first began in May 2018, and together, the three women tackle intense and vital topics on their show.
It was also on this show that many people became aware of Norris's past struggles with heroin addiction. Since breaking free from it, she has been sober for 29 years.
In April, she revealed that she started attending sober meetings when quarantine first started. Although she had succeeded in staying sober, the beautiful grandmother admitted that it felt nice to be in those gatherings.
This feat has earned her the #goals label. Norris truly is a wholesome and lovable woman who lives a life worth emulating. What a star!
