Just in case Gabrielle Union's fans needed a reminder, the actress recently gave them sizzling hot photos of her rocking hot leather pants to remind them that she is absolutely sensational.
If anyone can pull off leather pants like a rockstar without batting an eyelid, it is definitely the sensational Gabrielle Union. Union recently showed off her fab physique in a series of photos shared on Instagram. Her very apt caption read:
"Lil Miss Hot Pants ???"
Union looked absolutely ravishing in the most simple yet elegant outfit ever. As graceful as always, her beaming smile lit up the photos as she elegantly twisted and turned for different poses.
The actress was clad in a collared figure-hugging black top with a deep V neckline and long sleeves. The simple black number was sharply tucked into a pair of the most legendary leather pants in a shade of brown.
Union matched her boots to the creamy white color of her pants' waistband and did very little in the way of accessories — her natural beauty was more than enough.
Following in the simple theme, her hair, which she credited to her brand, was simply done in a middle part and allowed to fall freely. Union was serving face, hair, style, and skin, and her fans were totally there for it.
In only hours, there were nearly a thousand comments gushing over her incredible beauty and effortless style. Union truly never disappoints.
Union opened up about her hair-care brand and what it means to her and other Black women.
With one glance at Union, it is easy to see that she oozes self-confidence and capability. However, it might be interesting to know that this seemingly perfect woman had her challenges with her image before she became who she is today.
As a Black woman, Union has always been on the path of equality and standing up for her rights. This includes empowering women to affirm their beauty. In September, Union opened up about her hair care line and what it means to her and other Black women. She said to Vogue:
"It's about having a flawless soul. I just want to be a part of people's hair-health journeys and a part of that evolution."
Having had to climb her way up in an industry that seldom makes enough room for Black women to thrive and exist as they would, especially with their natural hair, Union's hair care line, Flawless by GU, is a statement.
The actress admitted that long ago, she thought the only way she would be able to achieve the right kind of attention was to look like other girls and straighten her hair. She also reportedly admitted to struggling with self-esteem.
Surrounded by majorly white individuals both in her town and later on in the industry, Union struggled to accept herself — and her hair — as a Black woman.
Eventually, the actress had to define her own rules and the ideology that black-centric styles could not possibly be professional or acceptable. Today, Union continues to speak up for what she believes in.
In November, the kind-hearted actress teamed up with Amazon to "deliver smiles" to charitable organizations with targets to women in need.
