Alicia Keys Has Been Married to Musical Producer Swizz Beatz for 10 Years — Who Is He?

Dean is a sought-after producer who previously collaborated with DMX and was behind the songs “Get It on the Floor,” “Ruff Ryders’ Anthem,” and “Party Up (Up in Here).”

He also worked with some of the industry’s most iconic talents, including Whitney Houston for her song “Million Dollar Bill,” Lil Wayne’s “Uproar,” and Beyoncé’s four songs, “Get Me Bodied,” “Lost Yo Mind,” “Ring the Alarm,” and “Upgrade U.”

The producer’s hard work did not go unnoticed as he was recognized with six Grammy Award nominations throughout his career, one of which he won.

SUPPORTIVE HUSBAND

Before tying the knot with the “If I Ain’t Got You” artist, the producer was married to another singer, Mashonda Tifrere, with whom he had a son, Kasseem “KJ” Dean.

When Dean and Tifrere divorced, an issue with Keys as the third party arose, and the three were caught in a public feud. However, they eventually reconciled and decided it was best to be civil for the children.
