TV personality Chrissy Teigen recently shared her post-therapy look on her Instagram story, and one can see she's still going through the pain of losing her baby.
The 35-year-old, who is presently on holiday at St. Barts with her family, appeared to have been crying because her face was wet with tears in the video she shared with her over 47 million followers.
Teigen and her husband John Legend have been on the road to recovery these few months after losing their unborn baby, Jack. The mother of two has now sought grief counseling to help her with the pain she's going through.
After the tragic experience, Teigen has confirmed that she has started to heal emotionally. She first announced she and her husband were expecting a baby in August.
Unfortunately, they lost their baby halfway through the pregnancy due to pregnancy complications. The couple shared a heartbreaking message on their separate social media accounts after the loss.
In the message, they painfully explained how they tried everything they could to save the baby, including bags and bags of blood transfusions.
According to the statement, the couple waited to name their two previous babies until after delivery, but this time, they had already begun calling the baby Jack right from the belly.
The couple has two children, Luna and Miles, who were both conceived through in vitro fertilization (IVF), but Jack's pregnancy happened naturally. According to the former model, she didn't think it was possible for her to conceive that way.
Teigen also revealed that their children had been a massive help in her and Legend's healing journey. The "Chrissy's Court" star explained during a November "Good Morning America" appearance that her kids bring so much joy to her.
Legend and Teigen have been enjoying their holiday in Saint Barthélemy, as they were seen going on a hike on Tuesday.
The mother of two wore a black swimsuit, a scarf, and white sneakers. On the other hand, Legend kept things casual as he rocked a black T-shirt, shorts, and sneakers.
The couple has been married for more than seven years. They tied the knot in September 2013 in Italy, two years after their engagement.
