Former "The View" host Sherri Shepherd recently shared a video of herself during a poolside photo shoot, and the star dazzled in a sequined mini dress that showed off her strong, toned legs.
It takes a combination of the perfect outfit, great scenery, and a dedicated model to capture the perfect picture. The actress Sherri Shepherd was not giving up in a recent video that she shared on her Instagram.
The "Dish Nation" star poked fun at her attempts to take a poolside pic before sharing the final product, which was an amazing pic of her slimmer figure and sexy legs.
The video captured Shepherd trembling as she walked along the median of a swimming pool with water on either side of her, while she attempted to find the perfect spot to sit. She captioned:
"You ever tried to get the perfect pic, and it just failed! For some reason, I thought “Christmas by the poolside” would be cool but I got stuck on the pool."
As the video continued, Shepherd nervously managed to sit for a pic before changing position and lying down on the paved median in her gorgeous sequined mini dress and matching high heels.
Hilarity ensued as the "Mr. Iglesias" actress attempted to get up in her super high heels. Off-camera, a friend could be heard applauding the star for her strong knees.
The last two slides in the post showed the final pics where a sunkissed Shepherd flashed a big smile while flaunting her long legs and luscious cleavage.
Fans reacted to the video and pics with compliments. One fan gushed, "Brave woman. That last pic is EVERYTHING!!!" Another fan commented, "Those legs are to die [for]"
Shepherd's efforts to take a perfect pic are justified considering how hard she worked to get her dream body. The star stopped taking sugar in March 2018 and then started following a ketogenic diet that summer.
The actress shared her journey with her fans, keeping them updated with her weight loss results. By February 2019, Shepherd had lost 30lbs and several inches off her waistline.
Shepherd's motivation to lose weight came about after being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, which runs in her family. The actress decided to change her lifestyle so that she could live longer for the sake of her children.
Her son, Jeffery Charles, is a special needs child, and the actress is absolutely smitten with the 15-year-old boy whom she calls "yummy and special."
