'Bond Girl' Tanya Roberts Is Still Alive despite Previous Reports about Her Death – Here's What Happened

American actress and model Tanya Roberts allegedly died after collapsing at her home on Christmas Eve. Now new reports are making the rounds that the star is still alive despite the previous shocking rumors.

Tanya Roberts is no doubt keeping the world in suspense. After the shocking news of her death made the rounds last year, and this year's contrasting developing stories, there are several questions in the hearts of many.

It all started on Christmas Eve when it was tragically announced that the actress and model collapsed at her home and was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. to be placed under a ventilator.

The news was confirmed by her long-time partner Lance O'Brien who was called to the hospital by doctors who told him his wife was about to die. He got to the hospital and after spending some time in her room, it was alleged that she passed in his arms.

Devastated, he left the hospital before confirming her death from the doctors and was not heard from again. It was then that the news of Roberts' tragic death hit the vine and soon went viral.

Her rep Mike Pingel also sent out a press release with the saddening news. However, just yesterday, the twist in the tale came when he announced that she was actually still alive.

According to TMZ, he revealed that O'Brien got a call from the hospital at 10 am bearing the shocking news. The call came when he was in the middle of recording an interview, and it turned into an emotional moment.

The star, however, received heavy criticism for her role in "Sheena" after the movie was described as unintentionally silly and funny.

Though the joyous news left him blubbering praises and gratitude to God, it goes without notice that Roberts' health is still in a dire condition at the ICU. One can only hope she makes it out alive.

The world is certainly not ready to lose another one of its icons. The beautiful actress made a name for herself in the Hollywood movie industry after her role in the 1982 blockbuster, "The Beastmaster."

She, however, did not just become an overnight success. After graduating from acting school, she supported herself as a dance instructor and model. Later on, she featured in off-Broadway productions and some television commercials.

Roberts' first big break came in 1976 after becoming one of "Charlie's Angels" in the final season. The attention shot her into the limelight, and she featured in the eighties movies "Waikiki," "Sheena: Queen of the Jungle," and the Bond movie "A View to a Kill."

The star, however, received heavy criticism for her role in "Sheena" after the movie was described as unintentionally silly and funny. Despite the harsh reviews and Hollywood critics, she remained undaunted.

After fourteen years climbing up the Hollywood ladder, the actress was more than ready for fame, whether the good or the bad. Now many years later, her resilience no doubt earned her a seat among the legends and icons of the time.
