Porsha Williams Lets Her Dancing Do the Talking as to How She Plans to Spend 2021 during Her Yacht Ride

Porsha Williams is letting go of her worries and living life freely in 2021, as seen in her Instagram video dancing on a yacht.

After a year of despair and hardships due to the pandemic, many around the globe welcomed the New Year with high hopes and wishes this 2021, including several celebrities who took their celebrations to Instagram.

Among those who excitedly welcomed the year is reality star and activist Porsha Williams, who started 2021 dancing her worries away.

WELCOMING 2021

The reality star shared a glimpse of her celebration aboard a yacht during golden hour. “2021 Free to be Me,” she captioned the clip alongside the hashtag “#ThePursuitofPorsha.”

Williams looked happy and full of life as she swayed and moved around while holding a glass of champagne with one hand and throwing her hands in the air with the other.

The “Dish Nation” star donned an orange, pink, and green button-up dress while wearing a yellow-green swimsuit underneath and matched it with a pair of oversized hoop earrings.

2020 BREAKUP

Williams’ 2020 was a year of ups and downs, including her split from her fiance, Dennis McKinley, with whom she shares a daughter, Pillar Jehna.

Drama ensued when her co-star, Kenya Moore, was denied entry to the event.

The “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star revealed her breakup during the December 20 episode of the reality show but did not show much emotion about the sad news.

CELEBRATING TOGETHER

Despite their decision to go separate ways, Williams and McKinley are working together in raising their daughter in a safe and loving environment.

According to a source, the parents planned to celebrate Christmas together with their toddler and set things aside for her benefit. Another insider shared:

“They’re still very close and really committed to being the best co-parents to Pillar [...] They will spend Christmas together though because Porsha feels like that’s best for Pilar.”

SURPRISING WILLIAMS

On the other hand, the reality star began 2021 on a good note as her sister, Lauren, threw Williams a surprise party as a tribute to her work with the Black Lives Matter movement.

The celebration honored the star’s activist efforts, including her two arrests over the summer while joining protests for the late Breonna Taylor.

However, drama ensued when her co-star, Kenya Moore, was denied entry to the event because Lauren asked the 49-year-old not to attend the party.
