David Beckham Shares How He Feels about Being Back in Miami as the New Soccer Season Starts
David Beckham is "grateful" for his return to Miami since he hasn't been to the city in almost a year – ready to tackle his commitments with Inter Miami as the MLS pre-season kicks off.
Soccer star David Beckham expressed his excitement about being back in Miami, finally able to help prepare his team, Inter Miami, for their second season.
Always supportive, Beckham's wife, Victoria, and their four children joined the 45-year-old on his trip across the pond, which may reportedly last for another month.

THEY FOLLOWED REGULATIONS
The Beckham family had themselves tested for the novel coronavirus before traveling to Miami via private jet on Christmas Day, and they were recently spotted enjoying the sunshine and food on the beach.
Victoria and David's sons, Cruz and Romeo, and daughter, Harper, relaxed at Ocean Grill restaurant at The Setai Hotel in between David's commitments. Their eldest, Brooklyn, was absent.
BACK TO WORK
On January 9, David shared a slideshow of pictures as he got back on the field with his team, ready to apply his more hands-on approach with the restructuring of the team's front office, and wrote:
"Grateful to be back in Miami. Lots of hard work ahead...New start, new season...Let’s go @intermiamicf ⚽️2021⚽️."
A DREAM COME TRUE
Inter Miami is the realization of a dream that took David six years to accomplish, but despite the hype around their debut last year, the season got cut short due to the pandemic, and they couldn't strut their stuff.
"He also hadn’t been able to get there since last March due to restrictions, so it was an important trip," a source told The Sun.
According to reports, Inter Miami will be training about 30 miles from Miami at the former Lockhart Stadium in Fort Lauderdale until their expected relocation to Miami Freedom Park next year.
FAMILY ABOVE ALL
Beckham takes a hands-on approach to his family life as well. The soccer star and his "Spice Girls" wife swap out parenting responsibilities when needed, and it's only strengthened their relationship over the years.
The couple has been happily married for more than two decades, and they always prioritize the children over their respective careers, no matter how busy they get at times.
