"...healing from a birth is no joke! So proud of this body and what it went through to bring this angel boy to the world…"
Congratulatory messages from fans swarmed the post with a lot acknowledging how cute her baby was. Many also called her beautiful and admired her new body.
A fan called her a strong woman and encouraged her by saying she also wears diapers and finds it convenient. Some told stories of their C-section experience as well.
McAllister has also played his role in easing his wife's burden.
The mirror image is no surprise as Carson has repeatedly shared her pregnancy experience with fans using the mirror. On January 1, she posted a picture of her bump and asked for suggestions on starting labor.
Carson first revealed to fans that she was having a baby with her husband, Kevin McAllister, in July 2020, when she shared a photo of the baby's sonogram and a positive pregnancy test.
The couple, who married in 2016 at Salt Lake Temple in Salt Lake City, was so excited to bring their baby to the world. Their excitement made them share her pregnancy experience with fans.
McAllister and Carson are long-time high school lovers. They got separated while the former was serving his two-year Mormon mission trip in Romania in 2012.
On the other hand, Carson was then a contestant in the ninth season of "So You Think You Can Dance," where she emerged as the second-runner-up.
Carson has previously shared her excitement about her husband not being involved in the Hollywood bustle as he brings her down to earth. She expressed delight at knowing she is with someone who knew her and was there for her before becoming famous.
Carson's pregnancy experience has been made easier with help and support from her family members and friends. McAllister has also played his role in easing his wife's burden.
Carson, a "DWTS" pro dancer, said her husband has been amazing and added that she could not have done anything without his help. She describes him as her rock and cannot be more grateful for his patience and compassion.
