Check Out Martha Stewart's Health Tips as She Encourages Fans to Do Activities That They Love
Martha Stewart recently shared with her fans what activities she partook in to stay physically healthy and keep her mental health running at its best.
Taking to her Instagram account, Martha Stewart revealed to her fans how she looked so good for a 79-year-old person. In the post, the star uploaded an image of herself holding a bundle of carrots.
Stewart smiled while dressed in warm clothing, looking healthy and well. In her post's caption, she revealed what fans could expect in the January/February issue of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.

The television host shared in the issue how she prioritized her wellness in all aspects of her life. She shared with her fans how she worked outdoors on her farm and also went to the gym, adding:
"For me, doing the things that bring me happiness is most important for my long-term, overall wellness.”
The “Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner” host also revealed that she rode her horses every week and even when it was cold. She confessed that the activity was great exercise and praised the outdoors.
Stewart shared how being outside was great for one’s spirit. She also revealed how she remained mentally healthy by doing crossword puzzles from “The New York Times” on her iPad.
The star also tried to learn something new and challenging as much as she could and played cards. The television personality then shared some worthy advice to her fans, stating:
“I encourage you to find healthy activities that you love, too—ones you can enjoy for years to come."
In past interviews, Stewart has shared how she maintains her good health. During an appearance on "The Dr. Oz Show," she was given photos of herself from 2001, 2006, 2010, and a recent one.

What stood out in all the images was that the star appeared to look the same in all of them. She credited her great health with having good genes and her undying love for exercise.
In 2013, the star shared some tips on how to live one’s best life in her book, “Living the Good Long Life: A Practical Guide to Caring for Yourself and Others.” The host had help in compiling the guidance.
She had the help of specialists like geriatricians to create the knowledge she gave to the world. Stewart shared how she, her mother, and her grandparents had managed to age successfully.
