Bindi Irwin's Husband Chandler Powell Looks like Her Late Dad Steve as He Feeds a Crocodile
Bindi Irwin's husband, Chandler Powell, posted an image of him feeding a crocodile that immediately struck a spitting similarity between the wildlife conservationist's late father-in-law Steve Irwin.
Bindi Irwin's husband Chandler Powell took to his Instagram page on Monday to post an impressive picture of him feeding a large crocodile. Powell's father-in-law Steve Irwin did the very same dangerous stunt many years back.
Bringing back memories of Irwin's late dad's love for animals, Powel used the picture to express his pride, teaching people just how spectacular crocodiles are. Powell and Irwin recently got married.

In the picture, in clothes similar to Steve, Powell tosses meat into the gaping mouth of an enormous crocodile positioned inches away from him. Steve, known for his incredible bravery, seems to have inspired Powell.
Powell is also an active participant in the Wildlife Warriors Program that was started by Steve and Terri Irwin and works with Bindi at the Australian Zoo in Queensland, where he met her. Powell said of his meeting Bindi:
“I’m like, ‘Wow, she is amazing.’
Despite his similarities to his late father in law, Powell is not Australian. Powell landed in Australia as an American wakeboarder. The extreme sport led him to competitions around the world, and it allowed him to meet Bindi.
Powell was born in Seffner, Florida, and later moved to Australia to live with the Irwin family. Initially, Powell was not a conservationist but had reportedly studied marketing at the University of Central Florida.
Powell has been welcomed with open arms in the Irwin family.
Powell and Bindi will soon be contributing to the growth of the Irwin clan. The pair who got married on March 25, 2020, in a private ceremony not open to their prior extensive guest list due to the pandemic are expecting.
The two first-time parents announced the news on their Instagram pages. The couple seems to be thrilled about the newest addition to their family. Bindi shared the news on Instagram, and Powell commented.
"You're going to be the best mother ❤️."
Powell and Bindi have shared with fans their commitment to take them through their pregnancy journey. The wildlife conservationist couple has stuck to their promise and has been updating fans on the baby's progress.
In a recent post, Bindi looks just about ready to pop as she recreated her mother and father's pregnancy photos that had fans gushing over the couple and made other fans admit that the recreation pic had made them cry.
Powell has been welcomed with open arms in the Irwin family. Bindi has opened up about Powell's strong and close relationship with her brother Robert Irwin, who gave the pair his stamp o approval.
However, Bindi adds that her husband and her brother have hit it off so well that she joked that she was unsure who loved Powell the most between her and her brother. Congratulations to the happy couple.
