In the post, Dwayne stood in front of the gym. He had a pair of shorts on with his shirt tucked into the side of it. The actor was sweaty and looked ripped. It is safe to guess that he had overdone an intensive workout.
The post has garnered over 5 million likes and several comments from followers and fellow celebrities who praised Dwayne for his fantastic physique.
One of Dwayne's followers joked about having his physique before the pandemic. "Deadpool" creator Rob Liefield referred to Dwayne as a beast. Fellow WWE superstar King Rochet also commented: "Homie Jacked."
Meanwhile, three days ago, Dwanye shared a snippet of the NBC series, "Young Rock," which tells his story. The teaser showed Adrian Groulx and Bradley Constant, who played Dwayne's younger selves at 10 and 15.
The snippet also showcased some important characters in Dwayne's formative year that helped the former wrestler rise to fame, including his father, Rocky Johnson, played by Joseph Lee Anderson.
"Young Rock" teaser got over 12 million views on Instagram. Fans and followers are excited about the new development and can not wait for the new series to hit the television.
One of the series cast members, Bradley Constant, commented on Dwayne's post. He expressed his excitement for the new release and gratitude for being part of the project. Dwayne also wrote in the post.
"I can't wait to make you and your families laugh a little and share some life lessons I've learned along the way."
The series's news was an excellent way to start the year after a challenging 2020 for the actor and his family. In September, Dwayne announced on Instagram that he, his wife Lauren Hashian, and two daughters tested positive for COVID-19.
The actor also used his platform to offer his followers tips on protecting themselves from contracting the virus. He also advised that they maintained a healthy lifestyle.
Now that 2020 is behind the American television personality and his family, they look forward to a positive 2021. "Young Rock" will premiere on NBC on February 16.
