Tia Mowry Supported by Sister & Cory Hardrict Denies Cheating Accusations as Their 'Happy' Marriage Crumbles

Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict withstood any challenge thrown their way as a married couple. It has been 14 years since they tied the knot, yet Mowry and Hardrict have remained sweet lovers. However, they have recently announced their split .

The news was revealed by Tia and confirmed by her sister. The couple had not commented on the state of their relationship since the separation was announced a few days ago.

Mowry shared the news of the divorce via her Instagram page earlier this week and mentioned that the decision to separate had not been an easy one for her and her soon-to-be ex-husband. However, she wanted to be transparent with her fans.

She went on to say that the couple would remain friends and would be coparenting their children. Shortly after the announcement was posted, the rumor mill began churning and many believed that the reason for their separation was Hardict being unfaithful.

A post went up on Instagram accusing Hardict of cheating on his wife of 13 years, but he quickly refuted the claims by posting a simple "Lies!" in response to the post. Neither of the couple has spoken any further about their separation.

While the couple have been quiet about their impending separation, Mowry's sister, Tamera, spoke about the separation on an episode of "Today." She revealed:

“She [Tia] is strong but I know right now she just kind of just wants to … kind of process it all, take it all in and be a little private about that. As a sister, I’m just going to respect that.”

“We’ve been doing this for years - we don’t focus on specific gender roles.”

Mowry, who tied the knot with Hardrict in 2008, said they always exert team effort at home. The couple shares son, Cree, 11, and daughter Cairo, 4, and try to become models of equality for their children.

Mowry also revealed that they only kissed a year after they started dating.

In a 2017 interview, Mowry said that Hardrict did not have qualms about doing household chores. For her part, she would do sports with their son. They don't put labels on each other, Mowry added.
