Zendaya Posts behind-the-Scenes Pics with John David Washington from the Film 'Malcolm & Marie'
Emmy Award-winning actress Zendaya gave fans a glimpse behind the making of the film "Malcolm & Marie," which featured some members of the film crew in it.
Zendaya has continued to shine her way through the entertainment industry. Recently, the award-winning actress gave fans a look behind her critically-acclaimed movie "Malcolm & Marie.
The 24-year-old actress took to Twitter to share four never-before-seen pictures featuring herself and the crew she was with while filming the movie amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

BEHIND THE MOVIE'S POPULARITY
In the first snap, Zendaya took a selfie with her silver camera while sitting at the bed's edge, where she displayed her legs in a high-slitted silver gown and black heels.
In another picture, it showed a cameraman and another person holding a line while walking down the grassy field. She also took a picture of John David Washington, the eldest son of veteran actor Denzel Washington.
One of the crew dressed in a yellow and green jacket was featured in the "Euphoria" star's Twitter post. The staff took a picture of himself while in front of a mirror.
Many fans in the comment section were thrilled to see a few snaps in the making of "Malcolm & Marie," which was directed by Sam Levinson who shot the film under lockdown.
While strictly practicing health protocols, the crew worked silently. It took Levinson six days to write the movie, but there were instances when he would re-write the lines. Levinson said:
"I'll rewrite lines, or I’ll be on set, throw a whole scene out, and start from scratch."
THEIR AGE DIFFERENCES
While Zendaya may have started from Disney shows, the actress wanted her fans to understand that she is no longer a teen. Many people noticed the age gap between her and Washington, who is now 36.

STILL A DISNEY STAR
Zendaya understands the fans' comments and doesn't take any offense based on their opinions. She said they are the same people who followed and watched her grow up on television.
Even if she has ventured into mature roles, Zendaya still remembers her Disney roots. She said she is grateful for the opportunity, adding that she learned a lot from that experience.
In 2010, Zendaya starred as Rocky Blue in Disney's TV sitcom "Shake It Up." She starred alongside Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. The series ended in 2013.
Zendaya appeared in more films, including "Spider-Man: Homecoming." Her latest TV show is "Euphoria," the HBO drama series that earned her an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama.
