Fans praised Princess Eugenie for skipping royal glam and sharing the real postpartum look in new family pictures with her baby.

Fans of Princess Eugenie praised her for not going full glam in the new family photos she shared with her newborn son, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank.

The photos on Instagram are of the family of three posed together. Her husband, Jack Brooksbank's matches his son as his jersey is the same shade of blue as little August's blanket.

Eugenie looked beautiful in her cream dress, brown coat, and bright yellow headband. Fans praised her for showing a real postpartum body in the photos.

The new mom used the opportunity to reveal her newborn's full name, which honors many of his parents' ancestors. The captions of her Instagram post reads:

Their midwife took the photos Eugenie posted. She used the post as an opportunity to thank all the essential workers and their midwife who had discharged their son.

Eugenie gave birth to August at the Portland hospital in central London, where Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had their son, Archie, in May 2019.

Eugenie announced his birth with an adorable black and white photo of her and Jack holding his tiny hand. August is the 9th grandchild to Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip.

He is the first grandchild for Eugenie's parents, Prince Andrews and Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York. She had revealed she was expecting in September.
