Kobe Bryant's wife and daughter are celebrating the third anniversary of his Oscar win— find out how they did it and how they have been coping since his tragic demise.
Kobe Bryant is gone but not forgotten. His wife Vanessa and daughter Natalia recently took to their respective Instagram pages to celebrate the third anniversary of his Oscar win.
Vanessa shared a heartwarming photo from the fateful night he was presented with the award. It captured her late husband in a black tux gracing the trophy with a kiss.

An hour after her mother's post went up, Natalia also shared a shot of the late Kobe from the same night. In her picture, her father was smiling at the crowd as he raised the trophy in one hand.
In their respective captions, mother and daughter pointed out how many years it's been since he accepted the Oscar Award for Animated Short Film for "Dear Basketball."
Vanessa had her comments disabled, but Natalia's was open. It was filled with good wishes and positive messages from fans who loved the deceased basketball legend and were determined never to forget him.
Kobe and his daughter Gianna lost their lives in January 2020 when their helicopter crashed in Calabasas, California, USA. There were no survivors.
Her mother showed off an acceptance letter she received from the University of Oregon.
In the months following their demise, Vanessa has done her best to keep the family on a path to recovery. She made the surviving children, Natalia, Bianka, and Capri, her priority, making sure they know how valued and loved they are.
Speaking to People about her kids, Vanessa expressed pride in them, tagging them "strong," "resilient," "respectful," and "kind." They are no doubt all that and more.
Take Natalia, for example; despite the tragedy, the gorgeous 18-year-old was able to balance the rigors of senior year with the demands of being a big sister.
All of her work has been paying off because she has been receiving offers from different universities. Last month, her mother showed off an acceptance letter she received from the University of Oregon on social media.
The revelation came a couple of days after Natalia announced she had signed a deal with IMG models. Mother and daughter are yet to decide which university she will end up in, but with two months to decide, they are not in a rush.
