See Photos Offset Shared of Daughter Kalea Wearing a Green Dress & Tiara on Her 6th Birthday
Offset took to Instagram to celebrate his eldest daughter, Kalea, who just turned six-years-old. The doting dad expressed his love and pride in a heartfelt post accompanied by an adorable slideshow of his daughter posing with a "unicorn."
It's a day for celebration at the Cephus household as rapper, Kiari "Offset" Cephus' eldest daughter, Kalea Marie, marked her sixth birthday. Kalea is the "Clout" rapper's only child from his previous relationship with musician Shya L'Amour.
To commemorate Kalea's special day, Offset shared some cute photos and a heartwarming tribute on his Instagram page as he wished her a happy birthday and acknowledged how quickly she is growing.

In the photos, the beautiful Kalea sported a million-dollar smile as she posed in front of a fairytale castle backdrop with a white balloon arch and a huge balloon shaped like a colorful cake. There was also a white pony disguised as a unicorn.
The six-year-old looked like a little princess in a green sparkling sequin and tulle dress which she paired with gold sneakers and white socks. She also wore a beautiful crown made of multi-colored flowers over her luscious brown curly hair.
Kalea showed off her fun personality as she changed poses throughout the photo shoot. In one snap, she posed with the pony, while in another, she looked pleasantly surprised by the sparkling candle on her white two-tier birthday cake.
The last two photos showed just how happy Kalea felt about her beautiful cake as she smiled gleefully and showed off her pearly white teeth. Offset captioned:
"You are big 6 I can’t believe it already this fast you are my beautiful little Queen your heart is full of joy and happiness I love you with all my heart (sic.)."
Offset's birthday post to Kalea is a testament to his love and devotion to her. However, his dedication has been questioned in the past because of his absence during the first years of her life and the ensuing custody battle with her mom.
L'Amour, whose real name is Nicole Algarin, was vocal about the "Legacy" rapper's lack of involvement in his daughter's life. Offset defended his actions on his album, "Father of 4," where he admitted that, initially, he wasn't sure if she was his child.
After meeting Kalea and having paternity confirmed by DNA test, Offset changed his attitude towards his daughter and sought to build a relationship with her. His efforts culminated in a drawn-out paternity battle with L'Amour.

While L'Amour fought for increased child support from the "100 Racks" rapper, he fought for joint legal and physical custody of his daughter. He also asked the courts to allow Kalea to change her last name from Algarin to Cephus.
Besides his legal battles with Kalea's mom, Offset had similar issues with his eldest child's mother, Justine Watson. In 2017, Watson sued Offset for child support of their son, Jordan Cephus.
Offset also had some past trouble with his son, Kody Cephus' mom, Oriel Jamie, who accused him of not spending enough time with his son after getting engaged to his now-wife, Cardi B. Cardi B is the mother of his youngest child, Kulture Cephus.
