Kirsten Dunst Announces Second Pregnancy with Help from a Fashion Magazine

“Spider-Man” star Kirsten Dunst announced her second pregnancy in style with the help of W Magazine’s Director Issue as part of the second cover of the media outlet.

Actress Kirsten Dunst was one of the female stars to grace the W Magazine issue, including regular collaborators Elle Fanning and Rashida Jones. The publication took to Instagram to reveal their collaborators' fashion looks.

The lengthy statement read: "Presenting the second cover of our Directors Issue, directed by Sophia Coppola and starring her frequent collaborators @ellefanning, @rashidajones, and @kirstendunst (pregnant with her second child)."

According to the magazine, Coppola drew the inspiration for the project from W's early issues, which contained pages with society hostesses posing in their glamorous settings.

Coppola stated, “I think we’re all so starved for some beauty and fashion after being home." She added that she wanted the entire experience to be feminine and fancy.

The collage cover photo showed Fanning wearing a black sequin dress with lace details and a tutu finish. She parted her blonde hair from the middle and wore it down.

The second shot showed Dunst laying on her backside with her apparent pregnant tummy. She donned a white long-sleeved lace dress and opted for a natural makeup look.

A third snap showed Jones also laying down on the lawn facing upwards with her hand on her stomach. The 45-year-old wore a long black silk skirt with a red long-sleeved top.

THE PHOTOSHOOT EXPERIENCE

According to Entertainment Tonight, Dunst is continuing her tradition in high-end fashion reveals. She stunned in a gown from Rodarte designers Laura and Kate Mulleavy.

During the shoot, she shared that every picture taken was on the floor and joked, "I was like, 'I can't get up.’ I felt like Urkel.” According to the outlet, Dunst announced her first pregnancy in 2018.

DUNST’S RELATIONSHIP WITH JESSE PLEMONS

According to People, The Volume 2 Directors Issue hits newsstands April 6. Dunst is already a mommy to 2-year-old son Ennis whom she shares with actor Jesse Plemons.

Seeing that they are both in showbiz, the 38-year-old and her fiancé bonded through work as they met on the set of “Fargo” and started dating a year and a half later. The pair got engaged in January 2017 and welcomed their first child a year and a half later.

Plemons, 32, reportedly revealed he knew after meeting her that she would be a part of his life for a long time. The couple bonded on set while staying up late running lines with each other and reminiscing about their early years in Hollywood.

According to the publication, they took their relationship slow after meeting on set. She shared that they laugh about being former child stars and that they both made it out just fine.
