Dee Dee Davis AKA Baby Girl on 'The Bernie Mac Show' Gives a Glimpse of Her Newborn Daughter
"Baby Girl" has a baby! Dee Dee Davis recently welcomed baby number two, and she took to her Instagram story to share an adorable glimpse of the newborn.
"The Bernie Mac Show" actress Dee Dee Davis has welcomed a second child with her partner of many years, Smokey Lee Jackson. The couple welcomed their first child in 2017.
Davis, popularly referred to as Baby Girl on the family show, is now grown up. A few hours ago, she took to her Instagram story to update her fans on the birth of her baby.

The first image shared was a baby car seat with a purple shawl covering it. The shawl has the baby's name, a crown, and the number 2021 inscribed on it. Davis captioned the image with the words: "We're going home."
The second image was a side view of her daughter. The little glimpse shared by Davis showed the baby wrapped in a pink shawl, and she tagged the image: "My Princess" with a crown emoji.
Fans of the actress have been on her pregnancy journey with her for a while now. They got to see all the adorable maternity pictures she took before the arrival of her daughter.
Although [Bernie] Mac died from complications of pneumonia in 2008, fans have continued to remember him fondly.

The mother-of-two loves to show off her family, including her partner and children's father, Jackson. Davis' page is filled with loved-up pictures of her and her boo, and it is a testament to the enviable relationship the two share.
Davis became a household name when she portayed Bryana Thompkins on "The Bernie Mac Show." Being a child actress, her life has revolved around the character she played years ago.

"The Bernie Mac Show" was focused on the Mac family, Bernie Mac, and his wife, Wanda. The couple who didn't have kids of their own raised Mac's sister's three kids, Jordan, Vanessa, and Bryana.
Nearly ten years after the show aired, its cast members had a reunion interview in Los Angeles. Years after the show, they had gone on to do amazing things for themselves.
Although Mac died from complications of pneumonia in 2008, fans have continued to remember him fondly, and his legacy continues to live on; Davis is proof of it. Congratulations to the new mother.
