Tyler Perry's Ex Gelila Bekele Flashes a Smile While Posing in a White T-Shirt in a New Video

Model and activist Gelila Bekele recently charmed her fans with her gorgeous smile in a video she posted online. She was wearing a white T-shirt for a cause close to her heart.

Gelila Bekele looked radiant in her recent Instagram video that displayed her bright smile while dressed in a printed white shirt. The model and activist also shared the same clip on her Instagram Story.

The video showed the stunning model filming herself while dressed in a white printed shirt paired with a black choker and earrings. Her round eyes and long hair looked fascinating.

In her post, the 34-year-old urged fans to join her in celebrating Mother's Day by purchasing an "Essential Mother" T-shirt. The T-shirt-selling initiative was launched by the groups, Alliance of Moms and Alliance of Children's Rights.

Many fans expressed admiration for Bekele for being an advocate for social causes on top of being a filmmaker and a gorgeous model. One follower wrote:

The two groups Bekele is supporting are known to provide aid to pregnant women in the midst of childbirth and those with young children in foster care. The campaign is close to her heart as she is a mother herself.

The Ethiopian-born model has a son named Aman Tyler Perry, whom she shares with entertainment mogul and billionaire Tyler Perry. The former couple welcomed their son in November 2014.

Sadly, Bekele and the 51-year-old producer recently parted ways. He announced their split in December last year, saying that he was going through a mid-life crisis.

Known for keeping their relationship under wraps, the former power couple was together for several years. Perry and Bekele reportedly met during a concert in 2007 and dated two years later.

Although he and Bekele are no longer together, Perry assured he would remain a good father to Aman and that he would not take their son for granted as he navigates his next chapter in life as a single man.

Perry holds Aman in high regard. In a previous interview, the "Madea" star, who endured physical and sexual abuse as a child, said his six-year-old son is his "greatest joy" in life.

Much like how he handled his low-key relationship with Bekele, Perry also applied the same approach to his son, keeping Aman hidden from the public eye.

Likewise, Bekele hasn't shared any photos of their son. In a previous interview, Perry explained that they do not need to update the public about their child's life.

Perry also added they are trying to protect the little boy by not making him famous. He'd rather wait until Aman is mature enough before exposing him to the world of social media.
