Tyler Perry's former lover and the mother to his only child, Gelila Bekele, showed off her figure and curly hair as she dazzled during a photoshoot in ripped jeans and a crop top.

Gelila Bekele is Ethiopian-born and has lived most of her life away from home. However, she has concerned herself with advancing the future of the young ones in her birth country.

The 34-year-old is an advocate, philanthropist, writer, documentary filmmaker, and model. The multifaceted individual added a binge of popularity to her career after becoming linked to actor and filmmaker Tyler Perry.

The duo dated for more than a decade and finally welcomed a son, Aman, in 2014. While the twosome is independently successful with their careers, they have also been excellent as parents.

While Bekele loves to keep a low-key profile, she often shares contents of her work and even sometimes some of her admirable lifestyle via her social media.

The post shared by the mother-of-one showed her displaying some model behavior by striking a series of poses. Bekele added a serious look and cheerful face to her facial expressions. She captioned the clip:

Bekele's cool style was also eye-catching as it accentuated her slender physique. The model rocked low-waist ripped jeans with a white crop top.

Aman's parents may no longer be together, but their love for him remains intact.

Her make-up was mild and perfectly done, and the blend of brown and gold curly hair made Perry's ex-lover appear drop-dead gorgeous! And it was all for a shoot taken in New York.

The recorded clip featured a perfectly set shoot base—a white background with flashes of camera lights. Occasionally, a woman's voice could be heard dishing out possibly better poses for the model.

Bekele seems to be furthering her career despite the news of a shocking split between her and her child's father. The pair were an item until a few months ago when Perry revealed that he is a single man.

Their separation was amicable, and they have since retained their friendliness. Aman's parents may no longer be together, but their love for him remains intact. Sources reported that their number one priority is to focus on raising their son.

Perry has been open about being a father and how he is trying to correct some of his experiences as a young boy with his son. He has also at some time shared quotes that back up his commitment to the cause.
