Rick Fox, Vanessa Williams & Their Grown-up Daughter Sasha Celebrate Her 21st B-Day Together

Sasha Fox is growing into her own woman following in her mother's footsteps as a beauty queen and actress, and at 21-years-old, she knows what she is going to do next.

Rick Fox, former Miss America Vanessa Williams, and their grown-up daughter Sasha Fox, all took to Instagram recently. They did so to celebrate Sasha's 21st birthday, writing special tributes.

Williams shared one post of herself, sports star Fox, and their daughter all sitting together and smiling brightly. She expressed adoration for their now-adult daughter.

A MOTHER'S LOVE

Williams shared a second post, consisting of many snapshots, most of them of Sasha while she was a toddler or baby, with one or two exceptions. Taking to the caption, she partially wrote:

"21 years old today Sasha , Conquerer of all things ? Keep that light shining in your eyes , keep that love of rollercoasters alive."

Fans and followers absolutely loved the adorable post of Sasha growing up, wishing her a wonderful birthday and commenting on what a cute child she was. The post received just over 15,000 likes in total.

LOVE STORIES

Meanwhile, Fox shared a story on Insta consisting of a close-up of Sasha, her skin glowing and her almond eyes shining. Sasha also shared a story that consisted of a snap of her and her two sisters pulling finger guns.

She [Vanessa Williams] won Miss America as the first Black woman to do so.

Of course, Williams didn't hesitate to share a story either. One was a heart-touching snapshot of Sasha as a little girl, lying on her dad's chest as he looked at her lovingly.

MARRIAGE, CHILDREN AND CO-PARENTING

Fox and Williams are not married anymore, but the "Ugly Betty" star managed to find love again through Jim Skrip, who she married in 2015. Speaking about how they met, Williams said:

"I found a hometown guy from my mom’s town in Buffalo, New York and started a conversation."

Before meeting Skrip, Williams and Fox were married in 1999, with their marriage lasting five years. The two share an extremely civil and wonderful co-parenting relationship.

GROWING UP TALENTED

Williams is prolific, based on the fact that she won Miss America as the first Black woman to do so. After that, she moved to acting, taking on various roles such as in "Desperate Housewives," to name one.

Her daughter seems to have inherited her mother's talents acting and as a professional model. She made her acting debut in 2019 in the film "One Fine Christmas."

Showing off her modeling skills, Sasha flaunted her body with a white off-shoulder top & skirt near the end of last year. She shared the striking picture on her Instagram account.

The post was sourced from many pictures a friend shared of her and her friends in Italy. Taking to the caption, she stated that she wished she could go back.
