Newly married couple Alex Drummond and Mauricio Scott shared photos and videos from their luxurious honeymoon at a resort in the Maldives. The lovebirds recently walked down the aisle.

Ree Drummond's daughter Alex Drummond and her husband Mauricio Scott are basking in the bliss of being newly wedded couples. Yesterday, the lovebirds serenaded fans with pictures and videos from their honeymoon.

On her Instagram Story, Alex gave fans a glimpse of their fun time at a Maldives Resort. She uploaded a video showing the serene beachside resort as she and Scott enjoyed breakfast outdoors.

After breakfast, the 23-year-old showed around their lavish villa, which featured an outdoor patio that connects to the pool. The couple ended the fun day with dinner and cocktail drinks under the stars.

Alex and Scott exchanged their vows on Saturday, May 1, in a lavish outdoor ceremony in front of their family and friends. The bride’s mom Ree Drummond detailed the lovely nuptials on her famous blog, “The Pioneer Woman.”

The Food Network personality revealed the wedding took place at the family’s ranch in Oklahoma, with Alex stealing breaths away in a Monique Lhuillier wedding dress. The couple said their “I dos” writing personal vows.

According to reports, Alex and Scott met while in their freshman year at Texas A&M University.

The wedding was an emotional one for the Drummond clan as patriarch Ladd Drummond had to walk his baby girl down the aisle while wearing a neck brace. The rancher was involved in an accident last month.

Nevertheless, Alex was pleased to have her father present on her big day. After exchanging vows, the couple and their guests enjoyed a cocktail hour before having the reception under a tent.

Proud mother Ree took to her Instagram to share several photos from the special day. She first uploaded a moving image of the newlyweds sharing a kiss while Alex’s siblings ― Paige, Bryce, Jamar, and Todd ― cheered.

In subsequent posts, the celebrity cook showed off the exquisite floral decorations and table setting, as well as a poignant moment when one of their dogs crashed the event. Ree dressed to the nines for the wedding.

The 52-year-old famous blogger stunned in a patterned dress by designer Jovani. According to reports, Alex and Scott met while in their freshman year at Texas A&M University. They announced their engagement in August.
