Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. is learning tips and tricks in playing tennis from no less than her mother, tennis superstar Serena Williams. The doting mom shared a video of their session on Instagram.

The clip showed Williams inside a tennis court teaching Olympia the grips and swings while holding a racquet. The three-year-old girl listened attentively to her mom.

Sporting a printed dress and blue sneakers, Olympia did her best to follow her mom's instructions. She then displayed her smashing skills when her famous mom gave her the tennis balls to hit.

Williams' coach, Patrick Mouratoglou, filmed the video. Although Olympia missed hitting the balls, thousands of fans gushed about how she played on the court. Williams said:

Williams' incredible video amassed more than 1.7 million likes. Like their fans, Olympia's father, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian was proud of his daughter, writing "Historic."

While training her daughter, Williams added fun to their bonding sessions on the court.

The little fashionista's impressive performance caught the attention of other Hollywood personalities, including supermodel Naomi Campbell and TV star La La Anthony.

Williams introduced Olympia to the sport last year during the lockdown. She noted her daughter as " a perfectionist" on the court and said she had no idea where the little girl got that attitude from.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion never thought she would let Olympia learn tennis, but it seemed the sport was the only activity that was safe for her daughter amid the health crisis.

In an earlier interview, Williams confessed she was not thrilled about her daughter playing tennis. She said choosing it as a sport is a huge commitment and it might put too much pressure on Olympia.

While training her daughter, Williams added fun to their bonding sessions on the court. She earlier dressed her mini-me in a catsuit inspired by her look from the recent Australian Open.

During the event, the tennis icon wore a one-legger catsuit in pink, red, and black colors. The outfit was inspired by the late track-and-field star Florence Griffith-Joyner.

Olympia also charmed fans when she joined in her mom's photoshoot for the latter's fashion brand. She and Williams had modeling gigs together in the past, including an ad for a medicinal drug.
