An Instagram post shared on Sunday showed her having a swell time with her husband and in the company of a few family friends in New York in their favorite restaurant called Mamo.

After having a round table meal, the couple proceeded to pose close to each other, standing on one side of the restaurant. Here, fans could notice Cookie's long-sleeved jaguar-print free bottom jumpsuit with a V-neckline that gave out a glimpse of her cleavage. The caption read:

"Enjoyed a great Father's Day in NY at our favorite restaurant."

The NBA star's fashion matched his leading woman, especially since the outing was to honor fathers. Magic decked a pink two-piece suit on a plain white shirt and matching sneakers.

The NBA icon admitted publicly that he was HIV positive.

Both husband and wife have been together for about three decades. They not only twin when it comes to whipping up distinctive looks during their outings but have a healthy and positive energy that has kept them going all these years.

Last year, when they celebrated their 29th anniversary, the couple was not shy to reveal the reason for their enviable bond. They hinged it on their love for one another but credited their faith in God for their togetherness.

Cookie once confessed that they nearly divorced as they began to grow apart following her time as a stay-at-home parent, while her husband had a thriving career.

Another experience that rocked their marriage was Magic's revelation in 1991. The NBA icon admitted publicly that he was HIV positive. He told his wife the same news, and at this time, she was pregnant with their only son, EJ.

The news was heartbreaking but thankfully, Cookie and their son tested negative. When the world thought that their marriage would end, they proved the media wrong by forging ahead and sticking together — they later grew their family by adopting a daughter, Elisa.

Cookie's ability to hold on to their marriage has earned praises from her husband. He employs sweet words when celebrating her online and goes as far as hosting luxury parties as he did in 2020 to honor their 29th anniversary.

Over the years, the couple has tried to advocate and enlighten people on the disease while setting up a Foundation to create fund programs to combat the disease.
