One day a man drove a cat to a park 20 blocks away from his home. The cat belonged to his wife, and it happened that this young man despised the little animal so much he decided to get rid of him.

Getting to the park, he dropped the cat there and drove off without it. As the husband got home, he saw the cat walking up to his driveway. Determined to dismiss the pet, he took him for another ride.

This time he drove the cat to a park 40 blocks away from his residence. Once again, he dumped the cat at the park and went home. When he got home, he found the cat waiting in the driveway.

The man did not fret, so he took the pet for ride after ride, each time further from his home, but the cat always made it back to the house first. The situation was getting disturbing. Determined than ever, the man took the pet for another ride.

This time he drove miles away from their home. He went out of town, through the desert, and into another city. The man drove until he got to a place he believed was far enough from his home.

He dropped the cat off and went back home. After he drove off, the man called his wife and asked if the cat was home. His wife told him she was with the cat. He told her to put the cat on the phone, and he said to the pet, "I'm lost and need directions."

A MAN'S PROBLEMS

A bachelor, Steve, traveled to Europe, leaving his cat and mother at home. Before the man went on the trip, he told his best friend to alert him if there was an emergency at home.

Days after he traveled, his cat climbed up on the roof, fell, and died. When his best friend heard of the incident, he imminently informed the cat's owner. A few hours after the tragic news, Steve got home cutting his trip short.

Steve was angry at his friend. He accused him of not breaking the news gradually to him. He explained to his friend that the cat was precious to him and he should have spilled the news slowly via a text saying:

"You could have told me 'Your cat climbed up on the roof today,' and the next day you could've written 'your cat fell off the roof,' and let me down slowly that he died."

After a short memorial service, Steve traveled back. A few days after, he walked into his hotel room and saw a message waiting for him from his friend. His friend's statement showed that his mother climbed up the roof.
