Sophie looked off the camera and put her hands together, similar to Mona Lisa's iconic pose. Her long, gorgeous braids, with highlights of blonde, cascaded down the side of her chest. A fan gushed:
"I can't believe her. She is gorgeous Nic❤️."
The captivating snap amassed more than 30,000 likes, with Sophie receiving flattering words from her mother's followers for her irresistible beauty.
Sophie is Nicole's eldest daughter with his longtime husband, actor Boris Kodjoe. Married since May 2005, the couple also shares 14-year-old son Nicolas Neruda Kodjoe.
Between their two children, Sophie seemed to have inherited Nicole's appealing genes. The 50-year-old actress' gorgeous features were evident in the picture as well.
An observant fan exclaimed, "Beautiful like her mother!!" followed by heart emojis. While Sophie's beauty has been catching attention online, not many knew her past health struggles.

In March 2005, shortly after birth, Sophie was diagnosed with spina bifida, a severe condition that affects the spine and is usually apparent at birth.
The said procedure was challenging for Sophie's age, but she later adjusted to it.
According to Nicole, the nurses found a dimple in her lower spine, a visible symptom of a serious congenital disorder. Her daughter's diagnosis left the "Soul Food" actress heartbroken.

The "Chicago P.D." actress cried with guilt, went to therapy, and yearned to know if she should be blamed for her daughter's illness. Likewise, Boris felt devastated and hopeless.
Physicians assured the worried actress that Sophie would be fine. Their daughter underwent surgery during which the doctors detached her spinal cord from a fatty mass called a lipoma.
Nicole and the "Station 19" actor and their family fervently prayed as Sophie battled with spina bifida. Fortunately, the operation was a success.
However, a related health issue hounded the couple. At two years old, Sophie experienced a severe urinary tract infection, a frequent complication caused by spina bifida.
Instead of surgery, their daughter underwent a catheterization procedure for several months. The said procedure was challenging for Sophie's age, but she later adjusted to it.
With her parents' help and support, Sophie was able to endure the intense procedure. She began to show signs of recovery before her fourth birthday.
As they continue to nurse Sophie back to a healthy state, Nicole and her husband pursued alternative therapies, including acupressure massage and laser acupuncture.
The determined couple also added probiotic supplements in their daughter's recovery period. The "Brown Sugar" actress believed it would aid Sophie in developing a healthy digestive tract.
Instead of an antibiotic, Nicole shared they would give Sophie herbal remedies that strengthen the kidneys. The herbal medicine seemed to have worked wonders on their daughter.
The couple's suffering finally came to an end after Sophie's kidneys and bladder started functioning normally. In honor of their daughter's full recovery, they set up Sophie's Voice Foundation.
Founded in 2008, the foundation is the couple's platform for raising awareness about spina bifida. Boris said they would do everything they can to raise funds and help those in need.
