Mama June Reveals Split from Longtime Boyfriend Geno Doak after His Jail Sentence – Look at Their Troubled Relationship

Reality star Mama June updated fans on her life in a video chat she had with her pals. Mama June kept it real as she made some revelations about her relationship and split from long-time lover Geno Doak.

TV star Mama June had quite some news for fans on her recent social media appearance. She made some interesting revelations while in a live video chat session with a pal.

Mama June opened up on how her family was faring following the chronicles of her arrest and the rift it caused among her loved ones. She also talked about where she stood with her lover, Geno Doak.

MAMA JUNE CONFIRMS SPLIT FROM DOAK

During the live session, June and her friend caught up until the pal decided to share a public service announcement. She took that moment to let fans know that Doak was no longer in the picture.

Mama June further affirmed this statement noting that he was out of her life. The star mom said that fans who wished to keep up with Doak should check his Instagram page.

Last year in August, [June] celebrated six months of sobriety.

The news of their split comes on the heels of Doak’s sentence. Doak bagged a 16-month sentence for substance possession charges. Although June confirmed their split, the time they separated is unclear.

INSIDE THEIR TROUBLED RELATIONSHIP

Two years ago, June and Doak’s relationship woes made it to news headlines after being arrested in Alabama. The former couple was said to have been in possession of prohibited substances.

Authorities charged the pair for felony possession of a controlled substance, while Doak was charged with an additional domestic violence case. June was sentenced to 100 hours of community service.

The butterfly effect of her sentence caused the “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” star to have issues in her family. Her daughter Lauryn Shannon assumed duty after gaining custody over June’s youngest child, Alana.”

DETAILS OF DOAK’S SENTENCE

The “Mama June: From Not to Hot” star is currently serving his jail term at Macon Community Corrections. It has been said that Doak would not be considered as an actual inmate.

It was reported that he would be made to follow a set of rules, and if a violation occurs, he will incur an actual jail term. Doak would also be placed on probation for two years, and he would also go for an evaluation.

June’s 100 hours of community service also includes a time frame of being sober and agreement to some provisions on avoiding jail terms. Last year in August, the reality star celebrated six months of sobriety.

FACTS ABOUT GENO DOAK

Besides reality TV, Doak is the CEO of a construction company, G & J Home Improvements, in Griffin, Georgia. He and June first met when he worked on her house in Hampton.

Besides being arrested with her in 2019, Doak has had encounters with the authorities multiple times in the past. He has been incarcerated for burglary, theft, and damage.

Just like June, Doak is a parent. He is a dad to four children, two boys and two girls. Not much is known about his children, but they are all in their adulthood years.
