Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon is set to appear in Rihanna's Savage X Fenty's virtual fashion show and teased her outfit for the show in a new Instagram post.
Lourdes Leon, daughter of Madonna and her ex Carlos Leon, will feature in Rihanna's third installment of her virtual Savage X Fenty fashion show, which is set to air on Amazon Prime on Friday, September 24, 2021.
The model teased her look on Instagram this week. Leon shared a collection of photos of herself posing in a gorgeous turquoise underwear and bra set.
Leon posed in a robe of the same color while standing in a large window in one photo. Another showed the 24-year-old on the edge of a bed while she stares the camera down.
Besides the robe, Leon's look was accessorized with thigh-high socks and chunky sparkly silver jewelry. Her hair was reminiscent of the 90s, as it featured a long side fringe and a high pony with spikes. She captioned the images:
"@SAVAGEXFENTY 🤑 Stream on @amazonprimevideo on September 24th"
Besides Leon, Rihanna organized a star-studded cast as viewers can expect performances from Ricky Martin, Nas, Daddy Yankee, Jazmine Sullivan, Jade Novah, BIA, and Normani.
Other celebrities set to make an appearance in the fashion show include Troye Sivan, Jeremy Pope, Cindy Crawford, Adriana Lima, Gigi Hadid, Irina Shayk, Vanessa Hudgens, Behati Prinsloo, and Emily Ratajkowski.
The show will mark Leon's second time walking on a runaway.
According to the event's press release, the show will feature Savage X Fenty's latest collection. All the designs will be available for purchase after the show on Savage X Fenty and in the Amazon Fashion store.
The third volume of the fashion show will combine music, dance, iconic architecture, and fashion to highlight the brand's new assortment of clothing as the press releasement stated:
"Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 3 highlights the newest assortment of styles through subtle-yet-impactful scenic elements, lighting, and filming techniques."
The show will mark Leon's second time walking on a runaway. During New York Fashion Week in 2018, she walked her first runaway in Gypsy Sport's Spring 2019 presentation.
Earlier this month, she showed off her fashion styling when she made her MET Gala debut. The dark-haired beauty wore a sparkly fuchsia Moschino set by Jeremy Scott, which comprised of a halter neck crop top and skirt.
Her stunning appearance at the MET came after she featured on the cover of Vogue's September issue. She was in the magazine's feature story, "Generation America: The Models Changing an Industry."
For the story, Leon told the outlet that although people might view her as a talentless rich kid, she is not. The model paid her for her education and her apartment in Brooklyn.
