E! News: Scott Disick Reached Out to Ex-girlfriend Amelia Hamlin to Try Salvage Their Romance

Scott Disick and his recent girlfriend Amelia Hamlin ended things not so long ago, but now rumors are swirling that he's trying to get her back. Her response was probably not what he wanted to hear.

According to an E! News source, Scott Disick, 38, struggled to move on with his life after his relationship with Amelia Hamlin ended. The couple separated earlier in the month.

The publication's insider said the reality star has tried to reach out to Hamlin "a few times." The "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star appeared to want them to give the relationship another try.

The source revealed how much Disick missed the model and regretted how things ended in their final days as a couple. Despite his feelings, the insider said Hamlin was utterly done with the relationship.

The pair went their separate ways after the reality star allegedly spoke ill of his ex Kourtney Kardashian. Disick reportedly sent a private message about Kardashian to her previous boyfriend, Younes Bendjima.

When the drama happened, a different source told the publication that the model was quite embarrassed about the whole stint. Disick, on the other hand, didn't show any remorse for his actions.

Bendjima was the one who allegedly leaked the messages where the "Flip it like Disick" star spoke badly about Kardashian's new boyfriend, Travis Barker. Disick seemed to be jealous of the pair.

An E! News' informant claimed it was difficult for women to date the reality star because he never really got over Kardashian. Meanwhile, Hamlin allegedly doesn't mind being cordial with Disick but has no interest in rekindling their relationship.

The same day the news of their split became public knowledge, Hamlin, 20, shared a cryptic quote that seemed directed at her situation. The message spoke about not entertaining things that aren't meant for you. Thus, blocking or postponing things that are yours.

The model's social media post came two weeks after several sources revealed she and the Talentless brand creator had separated.

Disick and Kardashian are co-parents to three children: Mason, 11, Reign, 6, and Penelope, 9. Hamlin's former boyfriend recently appeared to move on with his life in an outing with his children.

Over the weekend, the reality star went out with his children to Las Vegas' Sugar Factory for some night dining. His children weren't the only people invited to the outing, as Penelope's friend Gracie Teefey, 8, joined them.

Teefey is Selena Gomez's half-sister. Also joining the group were Sean Stewart, rock singer Rod Stewart's son, and actor Mario Lopez who came out with his daughter Gia, 11.
