Melissa Gilbert has walked down the aisle twice in the past. Although the unions did not last, the actress is now happily married to Timothy Busfield and moved to the Catskills.

Melissa Gilbert found fame when she brought to life the fictional character Laura Ingalls on the hit television show “The Little House on the Prairie.”

She recently released a new book, “Back to the Prairie,” which paid homage to her breakthrough series. The actress detailed several life accounts in her memoir, including her second marriage to Bruce Boxleitner.

Gilbert married fellow actor Boxleitner in 1995 but eventually divorced him in 2011. She has since moved on and is now happily married to her third husband, Timothy Busfield.

They later conceived a child, but they parted ways when Lowe said he wasn't ready. Gilbert later suffered a miscarriage. Gilbert was also reportedly in a relationship with Tom Cruise, although nothing has been confirmed.
