ANDY COHEN AND ANDERSON COOPER'S FRIENDSHIP
Cooper and Cohen have had one of showbiz's most extended and extraordinary relationships. They have been close for almost three decades, and they have more than one thing in common, including their birthdays.
The "Anderson Cooper 360" anchor was born on June 3, 1967, while the Bravo star was born on June 2, 1968. The "Gemini Twins," as Cohen labeled them, celebrated their birthdays together in 2021.

Cooper and Cohen's children are also expected to be good friends, mainly because they are close in age. Cooper's son, Wyatt (born in April 2020), is 14 months younger than Benjamin and two years older than Lucy. Cooper's youngest son, Sebastian, was born in March 2022.
Cohen confessed that Benjamin and Wyatt didn't play much the first couple of times they got together. That changed in November 2020 as Benjamin even kissed Wyatt on the cheek and hugged him a few times.
Before becoming parents, Cohen and Cooper would do all sorts of activities together. In 2016, they performed live shows across the States, making their bond even stronger.
HAVE ANDY COHEN AND ANDERSON COOPER EVER DATED?
The start of Cohen and Cooper's relationship was very particular. A mutual friend set them up on a blind date in the early 1990s, but they were not meant for each other, and that date never happened.
Cooper and Cohen called each other to set up the date, and Cooper knew "within 45 seconds" that he would never be romantically involved with Cohen.
Although Cohen didn't date Cooper, he has been involved in a few public romances.
The TV show host was too excited to date the "Vanderbilt boy." He violated Cooper's cardinal rule for dating by asking about his mother, socialite Gloria Vanderbilt, even before meeting in person.
Howard Stern also asked Cohen what kept him from falling in love with Cooper, and he said it was simply not part of their relationship. He added:
"We're just friends; that's not a part of it. I think, at this point, we know each other too well. We're not attracted to each other in that way."
IS ANDY COHEN DATING ANYONE?
Although Cohen didn't date Cooper, he has had a few public romances. From 2016 to 2018, he dated Brazilian epidemiologist Clifton Dassuncao. Cohen wanted to marry Dassuncao, but the latter didn't like labels.
Cohen then dated his "Watch What Happens Live" co-worker, John Hill, for three years, but they parted ways in 2020 because they were in "different places in [their] lives."
The TV show host is seemingly single and mainly focused on his kids. Cooper is also single, but he is raising his sons with Benjamin Maisani, but they are not dating. What a special friendship!
