Andy Cohen Did Not Become a Husband to Anyone in His Dating History
Andy Cohen's husband is a title no one has yet held, however, there have been famous names linked to the "Watch What Happens Live" host, including John Hill and John Mayer.
Andy Cohen might be famous for being a television personality and show host, but he still needs to meet someone fitting enough to be a long-term partner or even his husband. In September 2013, people tried to get information about his love life during a "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" segment.
His assistant, Daryn Carp, participated in the "@ask Andy" Q&A, where some difficult questions were asked.

Sean Avery
One "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" viewer blatantly asked what was happening with Sean Avery and if he was Andy Cohen's spouse. Carp even hilariously jumped in, questioning if she would be a bridesmaid!
Getting straight to the point, after pointlessly entertaining Carp's desire to be his bridesmaid, Cohen revealed that Avery is straight. The former ice hockey player isn't the only person who was once linked to Cohen.

Clifton Dassuncao
In April 2016, Cohen, then 47, went on vacation with Barry Diller on the billionaire's yacht. It was the second time in three months that then-28-year-old Clifton Dassuncao joined him. Cohen's best friend, Bruce Bozzi, even shared an Instagram photo of the pair, raising speculations.
While on the "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast, Cohen was asked about relationships and how he'd managed to remain private about them. The star explained that it was because he hadn't been in many long-term relationships, and his last one lasted a few years.

Cohen didn't name Bozzi when he revealed a "friend" posted a group photo of him and a boyfriend (Dassuncao) on the yacht and tagged the ex, leading to an investigation by one publication. The relationship became public knowledge, with the television personality feeling sad for the former Harvard University student who hadn't come out as gay yet.
The host asked him about his friendship with John Mayer.
The following person linked to the show host worked closely with him at one point. That celebrity openly revealed that he and Andy Cohen used to date, and the pair even shared why they broke up.

Why Did Things with John Hill Not Work Out?
In March 2020, Cohen was a guest on John Hill's "The Feels Live," where they played relationship games and discussed their past bond. The pair once co-hosted "Andy Cohen Live" and "The Feels," but they played The Exlywed Game this time.

One of the things that came out of the game was that Cohen once asked Hill for a threesome, but the latter declined! When an audience member asked why they broke up, Hill said, "It was just time," while Cohen added:
"We were in different places in our lives."

One last person who people thought Cohen was dating is a musician. While speaking about this particular person during an interview, the television show host said something that he later had to explain as it sparked rumors.
John Mayer
In June 2023, Cohen revealed on his "Radio Andy" show that during a "Howard Stern Show" interview, the host asked him about his friendship with John Mayer. Cohen explained how he "offhandedly" confessed that they "love each other."
The star's statement made headlines, and Cohen couldn't understand why two men weren't allowed to say "they're in love." He found the negativity about it weird and shared that the first man he was in love with was Dave Ansel, his college roommate.

Ansel left Cohen stunned in the first week of their freshman year when he told him he loved him. The celebrity's former roommate is a straight man but was able to express his love for another man, and it felt "pure and real" to Cohen but not sexual.
The television show host noted that friendships between two men didn't have to become a headline. Initially, Cohen found the headline about him and Mayer lazy, but the longer the rumor went on, the more he just felt people needed to get a hold of themselves.
