Why Did Kid Rock and Pamela Anderson Divorce?
Kid Rock and Pamela Anderson's troubled marriage may seem like ancient history, but they made many headlines. Kid Rock claimed that getting married was fun but being married was painful. However, a movie and other factors caused the couple to divorce.
Born Robert James Ritchie, the musician popularly known as Kid Rock, has refused to apologize for attacking Oprah Winfrey and Joy Behar during a drunken rant at his Nashville honky-tonk in 2019.
The country rocker, who had noted in previous interviews that he was not a fan of Oprah Winfrey, went on a wild tirade on stage where he repeatedly insulted people he did not like with vulgar words.

Now sober and cool-headed since time has passed, Rock revealed that he does not intend to apologize to anyone. On a recent episode of "Tucker Carson Originals" on Fox Nation, Rock said:
"A drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts; I own what I said. I don't apologize to anybody. I'm not an Oprah Winfrey fan. I got drunk [...] next thing, I'm on stage."
The musician had also attacked presenter Kathie Lee Gifford. However, he later explained that the attack was unintentional, as he was thinking of the comedian Kathy Griffin as he and Gifford had been kind of friendly throughout the years.
INSIDE PAMELA ANDERSON AND KID ROCK'S MARRIAGE
Rock and Anderson met backstage in April 2001 when they attended VH1 Divas Live tribute to Aretha Franklin. The singer said their meeting was weird because the "Baywatch" star was thinking like him.
They started dating shortly after, and by April 2002, Rock proposed to Anderson in Las Vegas. The following summer, Anderson began teasing that she and Rock were no longer together and said she was "free."

The former couple reunited three years later, in July 2006, on a friend's yacht in the South of France, and they rekindled their relationship. Later that month, Rock and Anderson decided to marry in an elaborate wedding aboard a yacht in Saint Tropez.
Since the marriage was deemed illegal under French law, the couple made it official at a Beverly Hills courthouse the following week. According to French law, a marriage is legal only after couples have had a civil wedding at the mayor's office.
Four months after their spontaneous wedding, Anderson filed for divorce. According to reports, her cameo in "Borat" was to blame for her and Rock's quarrels during that period. Rock allegedly had an outburst after a private screening of the film.
Sacha Baron Cohen also confirmed this information on the "The Last Laugh" podcast. Cohen said he called Anderson to find out if Rock liked the movie, and she told him that Rock was getting divorced because of the film.

Rock denied the rumors and revealed that while she was shooting a movie in Vancouver, Anderson wanted him to come around, but he wanted to go to the Lakers game.
When he told her he would visit her the following weekend, she started to guilt-trip him and informed him that she had suffered a miscarriage. However, Rock said he did not know that she was pregnant.
IS KID ROCK DATING SOMEONE NOW?
Rock is currently in a relationship with Audrey Berry, his fiancee, who is not a celebrity. They met in suburban Detroit shortly after his divorce in 2007, and he has kept their relationship relatively quiet.
Despite rarely publicly speaking about her, Rock once revealed that he was now thinking of somebody else and was trying not to be so selfish. He paid tribute to Berry with a song on his album, "First Kiss." They got engaged in early 2017.
