Rafa Cannavale Is the Youngest of Bobby Cannavale Kids with Rose Byrne

Rafa Cannavale is one of Bobby Cannavale's kids whom he shares with his longtime girlfriend, Rose Byrne. The actress once revealed how the little boy got his name and his relationship with his sibling.

Actor Bobby Cannavale's kids generally stay out of the spotlight, with his youngest child, son Rafa Cannavale, welcomed in November 2017.

Rafa was Bobby and his long-term partner, Rose Byrne's second child. His older brother, Rocco Robin, was born in February 2016, and at the time of Rafa's birth, his sibling was already a toddler of 21 months.

Bobby was also a father to an older son, Jake, who was in his early 20s when Rafa was born. The actor and Rose started dating in 2012, and at one point, the actress was seen with a diamond ring on her ring finger, sparking rumors of an engagement.

Rafa's father is a doting father to all his sons, which was evident in February 2017. At the time, Bobby wished Rocco a happy birthday by sharing an Instagram picture of him holding the little boy in his arms while in Bondi, New South Wales, Australia.

The pair appeared to be at a beach, with the birthday boy going topless as he enjoyed the sun. Rafa's father lovingly described Rocco as his "beautiful boy" and called him "The Rock." In May 2020, it was Jake's turn to get a birthday shoutout from their father.

Bobby Cannavale uploaded several images of Rafa's older half-brother over the years and shared how he celebrated and saluted his firstborn child that day. He called Jake his number one and "ace," noting that the young man turned 25 that day.

"No Rafa, no Rafa."

The youngest Cannavale got his name from his father's Cuban heritage and his mother's Spanish one. Bobby wanted to give one of his children a Latin name to honor his mother's side of the family, and since the Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal had a good year, they decided to name Rafa after him.

Rafa and Rocco have appeared in a few Instagram posts shared by their father. In May 2019, the pair was featured playing with toys with their backs to the camera while in Brooklyn, New York.

In August of that same year, the boys' feet were the only visible thing while riding with their father in Toronto, Ontario. Rocco could be heard belting out a song before his father jumped in, completely throwing him off!

That September, Bobby appeared holding Rafa's hand while walking at Kew Beach, and once again, he was turned away from the camera. In May 2020, Rafa and his brother were featured as Buzz and Woody from "Toy Story" in Bobby's mirror selfie, where only his face was visible.
