Noah Shannon Green: All We Know About Megan Fox’s Oldest Son Who Defies Gender Stereotypes
Megan Fox is candid about her romantic life. She is, however, incredibly private and fiercely protective of her children, who are the center of her life. Get to know Noah Shannon Green, Megan Fox's son.
In the early 2000s, Megan Fox became one of Hollywood's most in-demand actresses, contributing to her meteoric rise to fame. Although she is now a mother, her beauty continues to captivate fans.
The 36-year-old "Jennifer's Body" actress shares three sons with her ex-husband, actor Brian Austin Green. Noah Shannon Green, one of the former couple's children, has recently gained attention for defying conventional gender roles.
WHO IS NOAH SHANNON GREEN, MEGAN FOX'S OLDEST SON WITH HER EX-HUSBAND BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN?
Megan gave birth to her baby Noah on September 27, 2012. She made the happy announcement on Facebook, stating that she and Brian are proud to be called parents to their little son. Megan's long message read:
"I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love."
Brian and Megan have kept Noah's life private and only sometimes give followers an update on their son. On the other hand, Brian made an exception and publicly displayed his affection for Noah on social media.

When Noah turned nine years old last year, Brian uploaded a picture of his son on Instagram looking adorable with his hair slightly unkempt and donning a yellow-and dark green shirt.
He stated how much he loved his son and couldn't believe his son was now nine years old. Sharna Burgess, Brian's current girlfriend, and professional dancer, also sent her best wishes for the little birthday boy.
There aren't many images of Noah online, but in the ones that are, it looks like he's been growing long hair, which has piqued people's interest. Megan has been quite outspoken about the importance of having a gender-neutral atmosphere at home. She said:
"Noah started wearing dresses when he was about two, and I bought a bunch of books that sort of addressed these things and addressed a full spectrum of what this is."
Megan revealed that her unconventional approach to parenting Noah began when she was pregnant with him. She said she sensed her kid would not comply with gender expectations.
The "Transformers" actress ultimately built an environment devoid of such societal conventions. Unfortunately, Noah occasionally faced bullying at school due to his non-gender conforming attire. She said all that matters is she is there to protect him.
Fox, who is no stranger to being an outcast, said she was aware of the issue and couldn't help but be concerned. Although Megan described the little boy as brave, she still wished that people around him would be kind and understanding.
She also struggled with guilt and wondered whether she had done enough as a mom. She realized in the middle of her remorse that she could not change other people's reactions to Noah or other children's opinions.
Megan is also the delighted mother of two additional kids with Brian, Bohdi Ransom, born on February 12, 2014, and Journey River, born on August 4, 2016. Like their older brother, the two boys were judged by their appearance.
Career-wise, Megan has been cautious about the jobs she takes in the film business after having three children.
Brian, like his ex-wife, is highly protective of his two boys. When a person on the internet likened the boys to ladies due to the length of their hair, the boys' doting father defended them by claiming that his children are lovely despite having long hair.
HOW DOES MEGAN FOX RAISE HER KIDS?
Megan takes excellent satisfaction in fulfilling the role of mother to her three children. However, when it comes to becoming a parent, she has established several rules and boundaries for Noah, Bohdi, and Journey to follow.
She has allowed her kids to express themselves freely and grow their hair to whatever length they choose. However, she does not allow her children to use any technology, including smartphones or television.
The "Rogue" actress believes technology harms children's minds. Rather than immersing her children in technology, she encourages them to be creative and enjoy the outdoors.
Megan has taught her sons to be food-conscious and to take care of animals and the environment. She has also enrolled them in vegan-friendly schools where they are taught how to plant and grow food.
Megan, a working mom who often travels for her work, wanted her children to create a routine so she wouldn't have to take them everywhere she went. She said she avoids having them photographed in this manner.
While she shares photos of her children on social media, she does it sparingly to keep their lives as private as possible. In 2020, Megan called out Brian for sharing about their children on his online account.
The former couple called it quits in 2021 after more than a decade of marriage. Amid the divorce, she and Brian continue to co-parent their children. Megan is currently in a relationship with rapper Machine Gun Kelly.
Career-wise, Megan has been cautious about the jobs she takes in the film business after having three children. She felt the need to be a role model for her children as a mother, and giving up her bold roles in the past is precisely what she needed right now.
The gorgeous model added that she does not want her boys to see her portray abused or sexualized characters in films. She put her boys' relationship ahead of any career progress.
Megan said that becoming a mother saved her life. She revealed how motherhood changed her perspective on life after experiencing dark times in Hollywood.
