In 2016, Adams grew her career as a sportscaster on the NFL Network. For the 36-year-old TV personality, leaving the show that honed her skills for six years is bittersweet. She said:
"I feel so proud of our show. To get to where it is now, this credible, reputable Emmy-nominated, should be Emmy-winning program is a really big accomplishment for the four of us."
The stunning presenter stated that the moments she had with the crew members made her nostalgic. She recalled moving from one studio to another with the rest of the crew.
Furthermore, Adams reminisced about the "million wardrobe changes" she and her co-hosts went through to look presentable for the critically acclaimed show's ardent viewers.
She also described her six-year stay on the sports show as an "awesome ride." In addition to Burleson, Kyle Brandt and Peter Schrager were Adams's co-hosts.
Adams began her career in professional sports on SiriusXM, hosting fantasy football programs after attending the University of Missouri. She also worked many jobs to help pay for her education.
Following her work at SiriusXM, she started working as a fantasy analyst for FanDuel in 2014. She later worked as a correspondent for NBC Sports.

It's uncertain what Adams's next job will be, although the New York Post reported that she intends to anchor Amazon Prime Video's "Thursday Night Football" pre-game show. However, Adams's alleged deal with Amazon remains unconfirmed.
At the beginning of the year, Adams hinted on "The Pat McAfee Show" that she was looking for a more significant opportunity, noting that her contract with the NFL Network ended in May.

The NFL Network picked a new host for the show in June 2022. According to the New York Post, Jamie Erdahl will fill Adams's position on the "Good Morning Football," joining Schrager and Brandt.
Erdahl rose to prominence in 2014 as a CBS Sports anchor. She has worked as a sideline reporter for CBS's SEC Game of the Week and the NCAA men's basketball tournament.
Unfortunately, despite finding a successor for Adams, the NFL Network has yet to find a replacement for Burleson, who, according to the CBS website, is a co-host for "CBS Mornings."
WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT KAY ADAMS'S PRIVATE LIFE?
Adams is well-known for her work but has kept her dating life private. Despite keeping her romances under the radar, she did reveal details about her previous relationships some years ago.
In an interview with "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" in 2012, she told host Craig Ferguson that finding a partner who is not intimidated by her broad knowledge of sports is challenging.
When Ferguson inquired whether she finds romance tough, Adams swiftly clarified that she does not and underlined how much she values her profession as a TV presenter.
A career-driven lady, Adams expressed optimism that the person she would date would be highly supportive of her line of work. She stated that it takes a "really special person" to understand her career.
Adams quickly replied "no" when Ferguson asked whether she would date players. She preferred men who were not athletes. She emphasized that the term "player" was already a premonition.
In 2015, she reportedly dated New England Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola. The rumored couple was seen out and about with pals during the Super Bowl that year.
Adams uploaded their picture to her Instagram account, where many started to speculate that the TV host was really dating Amendola. Neither she nor the football star commented on the fans' suspicions.
They appeared together at the ESPY Awards in July 2015, five months after Adams stated that she had no interest in dating a football player. Rumors about their romance continued to persist at the time.
Even though Adams and Amendola never addressed their rumored relationship, their followers believe they split in 2016.
