Queen Did Not Invite Harry & Meghan to Scotland Where They Spent 1ST Summer Holidays as Newlyweds, Claims Report
Amid the tension between Harry and some members of the royal family, his grandmother has remained supportive, and they still have a relationship. However, recent findings alleged that the prince and his wife were not on the guest list for a Scotland family gathering.
Harry's wedding to his American wife, Meghan Markle, was a brilliant ceremony, but before the perfect wedding celebration, there were tears and a tense atmosphere.
While preparing for her big day and getting acquainted with life in the palace, Markle had a tear-jerking experience with Kate Middleton, her sister-in-law.

There was a discussion about the wedding, and Kate's reaction caused Markle to be emotional. However, the Duchess of Cambridge apologized, and their relationship was revived.
Sadly, the media caught wind of that story and misreported it. British tabloids wrote about how the former actress made Kate cry. While recounting the story in a tell-all interview with Oprah, Markle mentioned that she urged people not to pitch them against each other or pick one Duchess to love or hate.
Markle also dealt with her estranged father's opportunist approach. He entertained press attention while rushing to be a relative of the Queen via his daughter's marriage.

While the Duchess did not have much say in her episode with Kate, Markle handled her dad's saga more firmly. She sent a letter asking her father, Thomas, to protect Harry from incessant scolding from the royal family to make him stop engaging with the media.
Sources claimed that the medium of communication used by Markle was to eliminate the chances of any dialogue between her and Thomas.
The content of the letter written under the supervision of her former communications chief, Jason Knauf, was constructed with the consideration that it may be leaked.

Expectedly, Mail unlawfully published excerpts from the letter and was sued by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. During an appeal by Association Newspaper Limited, the content was revealed. It read:
"The catalyst for my doing this is seeing how much pain this is causing H. Even after a week with his dad and endlessly explaining the situation, his family seem to forget the context – and revert to, 'can't she just go and see him and make this stop?'

She added, "They fundamentally don't understand, so at least by writing, I will be able to say to his family … 'she wrote him a letter, and he's still doing it.'"
Unfortunately, after their wedding, the couple experienced a more tense situation in the palace, which contributed to their exit from the royal family.
HARRY HOLDS SCOTLAND VERY DEAR

Following Harry's wedding, he and his wife enjoyed the summer holidays on Scotland's north coast at the Castle of Mey for a week. They joined Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
The Queen and her mother had lived in the Castle; after them, other family members spent time in the area, including her son, Prince Charles.
After their honeymoon experience at the Castle of Mey, Harry moved to the Queen's Aberdeenshire estate in Balmoral, where they spent time with the reigning monarch during her summer break.

The Balmoral estate holds a special place in the heart of Prince Harry. That was where his parents, Charles and Diana, spent their honeymoon. It was also the location he frequented as a child.
Sadly, Harry and William were in this relaxation destination when they heard about their mom's tragic death in 1997. Despite being an adult, Harry never lost touch with the Balmoral estate.

More than once, he set the venue as the destination for shooting parties and his 32nd birthday party, which saw an influx of glamorous guests.
Now, as a family man, Harry is possibly interested in recreating those memories with his kids or even showing them where he spent his summer mornings and evenings as a child.
RECENT REPORTS ABOUT THE INVITATION LIST

Harry and Markle's exit from the royal family stirred friction between the couple and some relatives, including his brother and father.
However, so far, his grandmother has been supportive. Despite not belonging to the senior royal members and living away from his birthplace, Harry was present with his wife during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebration.
After the ceremony ended, the couple traveled back to the US. A few weeks later, reports alleged that the Queen had asked them to join her on her annual summer break in Scotland's highland.

According to The Sun, staff at the Scottish estate were briefed on the list of royals coming in for the summer visit. It included Harry, his wife, son, Archie, and daughter, Lilibet.
Despite such publications, a new source revealed that the couple had not been scheduled to join the Queen, as their names are allegedly not on the guest list.
It is not confirmed if this new information is accurate. However, royal experts believe that as long as the couple chooses a life away from the palace and still receives moderate royal nobility, they risk losing some opportunities relevant to their family.

Such opportunities include not having a close-knit relationship with the royal family members, especially between Prince William's kids and Harry's.
Although Lilibet, born in the US, has received a shout-out from the monarch and eventually met with her father's cousin, Princess Eugenie, there is no news of any visit or trip to her Uncle's.

On the other hand, Harry has continued to give his best to his family. In partnership with Markle, they are rating their kids away from the prying eyes and making brilliant decisions as adequate parents.
Despite detaching from the royal duties and palace, the Duke of Sussex is family-oriented. He still honors his grandmother and has made comments signifying their closeness.

Following the news of the Queen's Covid test in February, Harry saw her a few months later and gushed about their meeting, adding that it was nice to see her.
Ahead of her Platinum Jubilee, he maintained that their relationship is special because "we talk about things that she can't talk about with anybody else."
