Angelo Banks Already Has a Big Fanbase on Instagram - Meet Lil Durk’s Eldest Son

Chicago-born rapper Lil Durk's young son Angelo Banks, has his own Instagram account. With less than a hundred posts to date, he already has over 100k followers keeping up with the latest from the budding "public figure."

Angelo Banks is fast becoming an internet sensation, making regular posts on his Instagram page, where he is sometimes seen sharing the stage with his dad.

Just like his dad, it seems Angelo is unafraid of the spotlight and happily joins his father in it during his performances. The media receives his presence well and is often showered with praise and compliments.

He debuted his Instagram account in April 2020, where he posted his first photo, wearing a plain white t-shirt, denim shorts, white sneakers, and a navy and red cap facing backward. Angelo's account managed to amass a whopping 139K followers and counting as of the time of publication. He regularly posts photos of himself and shares moments with his sister and friends.

ANGELO BANKS'S PARENTS WERE TEENAGERS WHEN HE WAS BORN

Nicole Covone was the first to bear Lil Durk's children. The pair met in high school and became sweethearts when they started dating in 2008 at 16 years old. Three years later, Nicole gave birth to Angelo Banks.

Soon after, Nicole and Durk decided to get married, after which they welcomed their second baby together, Bella Banks, in 2013. Angelo's younger sister is one of the youngest CEOs with the company "Bella Beauty" in her name.

The company is known to sell beauty essentials for young girls who are Bella's age, such as cute tote and lunch bags, water bottles, lipsticks, and more. Bella also uses her Instagram account to update her supporters on specials in her online shop.

Angelo and the young CEO seem to have a tight brother-sister relationship as they both regularly post photos together on Instagram. Their mother, Nicole, also expresses her love and gratitude for her kids, often posting and gushing about their growth and existence in her life.

Only months after Bella was born, Covone decided to split from the rapper after discovering a heart-wrenching truth. Soon after Angelo's sister was born, Lil Durk welcomed another baby boy with another woman while he was still married to Covone.

Their love story was cut short, and Covone felt it was too difficult to stay with her ex-husband, and she filed for divorce.

According to The Things, the divorcees had a decent relationship as co-parents. However, things took an unwanted turn when Lil Durk went on a social media rant that rubbed Nicole the wrong way.

In his rant, Lil Durk stated that he wanted to raise all of his children under one roof, providing them with the utmost care as each child would have their own maid. The hip-hop artist felt that having all his kids by his side would help him grow mentally and as a parent.

Although the artist still praised all the mothers of his children as good parents, he felt that this was the best way for him to be a good father, calling himself "SUPA DADDY."

Nicole responded to his rant, stating that what Lil Durk was suggesting "would not fly." The mom-of-two explained that raising children has more to it than fulfilling a child's financial needs. Nicole expressed that a parent needs to devote patience and dedication as everything revolves around those kids once they are part of the world.

Following their short online squabble, Lil Durk seemed to come to his senses and explained why he made that post. He explained that he wanted to tighten his relationship with his kids by spending more time with them.

Regardless of Lil Durk's squabbles with Nicole, and from his and his son's social media, he seems to be trying his best as a father as the pair are often pictured having a good time together.

Per The Sun, Bella is not Angelo's only sibling. Zayden Banks is Angelo's third sibling and little brother, born a few months after Bella. When news of Zayden's birth broke out, Lil Durk kept his mother's name away from the spotlight. To this day, she remains unknown.

In 2014, he welcomed Angelo's fourth sibling, Du'Mier. Like Zayden, Du'Mier's mother is also unknown. Lil Durk's fifth baby's name is Skylar, and Skylar's mom is thought to be a woman named Tameka Kute. However, that remains to be speculated.

Lil Durk welcomed his sixth baby with his fiancee India Royale, who he started dating in 2017 and proposed to in 2018. The lovers already had experience as parents before their romance, with India having a daughter from her previous relationship.
