Wanda Bowles is the only female among her siblings, having two brothers, Dwayne Johnson and Curtis Bowles. Not much is known about Wanda, as she's very private, unlike her siblings. Her most well-known brother, of course, is Hollywood actor Dwayne, who first became known as a professional wrestler.

Her other sibling, Curtis, is also relatively private but is active on social media. The one time Wanda was mentioned in the press was in 2008 when her father, Rocky Johnson, thanked her and her siblings during his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Her brother Curtis often shares images of his siblings, Wanda and Dwayne, on his Instagram. He also posts photos of their father and other family members. Wanda doesn't seem to be active on social media.

Wanda Bowles Was Born When Her Father Was 18

Wanda Bowles was born in December 1962. Her parents are the former professional wrestler Rocky Johnson and Una Sparks. Rocky and Una welcomed Wanda when her father was relatively young. Rocky was 18 years old at the time of her birth and had not yet reached the height of his wrestling career.

When Wanda was born, her parents were not yet married; they only tied the knot on July 9, 1996, when she was almost four years old. She also had a sibling before then, as her parents had her brother Curtis when she was two-and-a-half years old.

Wanda's mother and father divorced in 1978 when she was 16. It's unknown whether her father's frequent infidelity caused her parents' divorce. But it's now well-known that while Rocky was married to Una, he had an affair on the side with Ata Maivia. Rocky and Ata had a son, Dwayne Johnson, in 1972. Her father is a Canadian native whose ancestors were African-Americans who moved to Canada. He's of Black Nova Scotian descent.

Wanda Bowles Is on Good Terms with Her Two Brothers

Wanda Bowles's brother Curtis has wished his siblings a Happy Siblings Day for the past few years. He usually posts photos of him with Wanda and Dwayne together. Her brother Dwayne wrote on Curtis's last post, "❤️❤️❤️ Luv U guys!!!"

Her younger brother Dwayne, popularly known as The Rock, became a professional wrestler like their father. He frequently traveled with his mother and father and saw Rocky wrestle in the ring. He's now a famous actor, producer, and successful businessman.

Wanda Bowles's Father Was Often Absent While She Was Growing Up

Wanda Bowles was born just a few years before her father, Rocky Johnson, debuted his wrestling career in 1966, and he pursued his career full-time from that point on. Her father traveled extensively, competing around the world. He settled in America in the 1970s after he became part of the National Wrestling Alliance while his children and first wife were in Canada.

Wanda's father's absence continued throughout her parents' divorce in 1978, the same year Rocky married Dwayne's mother, Ata. He went on to build his career and then started coaching his youngest son, Dwayne.
