Children with Isabel Preysler
Julio's first wife, Isabel Preysler, is of Asian-Filipino and Spanish descent and was born in Manila, Philippines, to a wealthy family on February 18, 1951.
Her father was Carlos Preysler, and her mother was Beatriz Arrastia. Isabel grew up to be a socialite, style icon, teenage model, and beauty queen.
She met and married Julio in 1971 and divorced in 1979 after three children. The couple welcomed their first child María Isabel Iglesias Preysler, popularly known as Chabeli, on September 3, 1971, in Portugal.

Chabeli is a producer and married Ricardo Bofill Maggiora in September 1993 before divorcing three years later. In October 2001, she married Christian Altaba, and they had two children.
Her first child, a son named Alejandro, was born in Miami on January 14, 2002, while her second child, a daughter named Sofia, was born in January 2012. Julio's first daughter lives a quiet life with her husband in the US.

Julio and Isabel welcomed their second child, Julio José Iglesias Preysler, in Spain on February 25, 1973. Known as Julio Jr., he started as a model before becoming an actor and starred in "Music of the Heart," "Hacienda Heights," and "Tu Cara me Suena."
He was also a singer and started his singing journey as a child when he took the stage with his father. Years later, he shared the stage again with his father in 2015 when they went on tour.
After eight years of dating, Julio Jr. married the Belgian model Charisse Verhaert in 2012. They never had children, and after a long separation, they divorced in 2021.
Julio and Isabel's last child together is Enrique Miguel Iglesias Preysler. He was born in Spain on May 8, 1975, and is probably the most famous of their children.
He started writing music at 15 and released his first album three years later. In no time, he became known as "The King of Latin Pop." In 2001, he began dating Russian tennis player Anna Kournikova.
They share a son and daughter, fraternal twins named Nicholas and Lucy, born on December 16, 2017, and a daughter named Mary, born on January 30, 2020.
While Enrique Iglesias has a close relationship with his mother and even wrote her a birthday tribute in 2021, he spent a decade not talking to his father.
After he started his musical career at 18, he did not want his father's influence in his life. However, after the birth of his twins, he spoke with his father. He said:
"We had a very nice conversation. It was a very good mood ... It comforted me a lot."
Enrique is also close to his siblings, who constantly keep in touch. Julio Jr. was the one who announced the birth of Enrique's last daughter.
"The King of Latin Pop" is also the godfather to Sofia, his elder sister's daughter, and he visits them often to play with the kids.
Children with Miranda Rijnsburger
After his marriage with Isabel, Julio met the Dutch model Miranda Rijnsburger in 1990, and they fell in love immediately. They dated for 20 years before getting married.
According to the musician, she was independent and did not want or need to be married. After welcoming five children, they got married because of their kids.
The couple welcomed their first child Miguel Alejandro Iglesias on September 7, 1997, followed by Rodrigo Iglesias on April 3, 1999, twin daughters, Victoria and Cristina Iglesias, on May 1, 2001, and Guillermo Iglesias-Rijnsburger on May 5, 2007.
Miguel studied finance but likes watersports, is interested in music, and has worked as a music producer. He dated Russian student and tennis player Danielle Obolevitch for three years, but they broke up in February 2020.
Rodrigo has kept a low profile but loves to surf, and according to his Instagram, he has followed his dad and brothers in the music industry, as his bio reveals that he is part of a band.
He loves the outdoors and plays the guitar in addition to being able to sing. When he was 15, he said he hoped to start his music career.
Julio and Miranda's twins, Cristina and Victoria, studied in New York and have used their social media to set fashion trends. In 2019, they attended the Met gala in matching Oscar De La Renta gowns.
On November 30, 2020, the girls made their debut at Le Bal in Paris. For their debutante ball, the twins opted for an Elie Saab dress with jewelry by Harakh.
Their debutants for the ball were the Argentinian aristocrats Nicholas and Ivan de Poligny. Guillermo is the least known Iglesias brother, but he is also interested in music and plays the drums.

Another Man Fights to Be Recognized as Julio Iglesias' Son
Former ballerina Maria Edite Santos revealed that Julio had an affair with her in Spain in 1975, leading to the birth of her son Javier Sánchez.
When she began her paternity claims, the musician refused to provide DNA, but the judge said he and Javier looked alike. However, after conducting DNA tests from a bottle of water Julio Jr. used, it revealed that they were brothers by 99.9 percent.
In 2019, the court ruled that Julio was Javier's father, but after they appealed it, the Supreme Court rejected the ruling and declared a procedural end to the case.
