Posie had some health issues when she was younger and had been hospitalized several times. Cole thought that some unexplained bruises on Posie's legs meant she had cancer.

As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with Posie, who was in perfect health, and her parents suffered severe backlash for implying that she had cancer.

The LaBrants explained that they had wanted to use their scare to help raise awareness for childhood cancers and the difficulties the parents and the children go through to battle the dreaded disease.

Posie Rayne Is Now a Big Sister

Posie was born as a baby sister, but on July 29, 2020, she became a big sister. The family welcomed Zealand Cole LaBrant, and Posie and Everleigh had a baby brother.

However, Zealand didn't enjoy being the baby of the family for long because, just weeks before he turned two, Cole and Savannah welcomed their third child together.

Little Sunday Rose LaBrant was born on June 7, 2022 -- and no, it wasn't a Sunday. Sunday is just as adorable as her siblings, and Posie shares her Instagram account with her baby sister.

The family is busy celebrating Halloween because, as Cole claims: "Every day's Halloween over here" and Posie got to dress up as her favorite creature, a unicorn with a pink and yellow tulle dress and a glittery horn.
