Cline, born on October 1, 1978, grew up in Cave City, a small town, and she lived with her parents, who owned a souvenir shop. She worked in their shop as a child and started riding motorcycles at four.

She quickly fell in love with motorcycles, and as she got older, she would take long trips per year to explore small-town America.

The motorcycle racer is also a mother to Caleb Elijah Cline, whom she delivered on May 18, 2002. However, there is no information about his father.
