Besides her career, Bila has been building a family. In 2018, she married corporate strategist Jeremy Scher, with whom she shares a son, Hartley.

After receiving his education at Rice University, Texas, Scher relocated to New York City, where he is raising his son with Bila. Unlike his wife, Scher prefers his privacy and does not maintain a social media account.

At 39 years old, Bila married the love of her life, Scher, in Huntington, New York, on February 17, 2018. Sixty of the couple's closest friends and family witnessed their union in what was a magical wedding ceremony.

Their wedding planner, Michael Russo, narrated how the groom could not contain his happiness as he watched his lovely bride take her last few steps as a single woman. Bila walked down the aisle in a Rivini lace bridal dress and Susan Hanover jewelry. Meanwhile, her groom looked dapper in a traditional tux.

Admittedly, Bila and Scher's wedding had several traditional aspects incorporated. The former host shared her sentiments of the evening, saying:

"I always wanted to get married, but I never thought I would do the big wedding dress and beautiful venue. I always thought I was [going to] be on a beach somewhere, just a couple of friends, doing it really [casually]."

Scher proposed to his then-girlfriend in June 2017, as commemorated in her Instagram account. Bila posted the moment Scher got down on one knee and heard her sweet yes, gaining the attention of her many followers.

After all, standing in front of a minister to exchange vows with the man she loved was a once-in-a-lifetime moment.

Not long after they tied the knot, Bila announced her pregnancy on "Fox & Friends." The doting mom-to-be was ecstatic as she showed television viewers a photo of her sonogram. She gave a glimpse of her pregnancy at that time, sharing that it has been easy thus far.

The announcement was made even more memorable with a surprise appearance from her husband. Scher collaborated with his wife's colleagues to enter the set with balloons and flowers without her knowledge.

Admittedly, Bila knew she was not as young as other first-time moms. She initially thought it would take a while to conceive, but within a short period of time, she and Scher were blessed with a baby.

Bila and Scher became first-time parents when they welcomed their son, Hartley Luca, on November 15, 2019, in New York City. Hartley entered the world weighing six pounds and eight ounces. The couple said at that time:

"He is already the light of our lives and has the gentlest spirit. We are so filled with love for him."

Before becoming a mom and a wife, Jedediah Bila wasn't sure if she wanted to get married or have children. It wasn't until she met Scher at 36 that she changed her mind. Now, Bila's life has come together in the presence of a family she will forever adore.
