Country singer Tim McGraw's daughter, Audrey McGraw, turned 21! The youngest McGraw daughter had her birthday on December 6, and her dad marked it with a loving post on Instagram, just like in previous years.

Similar to previous birthdays, Audrey's dad made a lovely post to celebrate her 21st birthday. The short reel showed a series of photos of her from her as a tiny tot to her as an young adult. The photos were set over his own song, "My Little Girl."

It's never easy when the last child leaves home, and for Tim and his wife, Faith Hill, having an empty house definitely took some adjustment. The "It's Your Love" singer admitted that it was strange not having to take one of the kids to school in the mornings or pick them up in the afternoons.

He said they did a "decent job" raising their kids and credited his wife's parenting. He shared their parenting philosophy, saying they always tried to raise their daughters to think for themselves and to stay humble:

"I'm most grateful for... how normal our kids are."

At the moment, Tim is only thinking about his daughters' future. Like any parent, he wants them to be happy and live fulfilling lives. Although he confessed that he would enjoy being a grandfather, he's enjoying only being a dad at the moment.

Audrey McGraw Is Close to Her Family: She Tries to Follow in Her Dad's Footsteps

With Audrey off to college, the house is empty. But, the youngest daughter of three maintains a close connection with her family, illustrated in a post showing an endearing text exchange between her and her famous father.

After his wife's ultimatum, the extent of his wild ways dawned on him, and he made his choice.

The post simply showed Tim sending her "Fo sho" and her replying with the same. Her dad's contact is hilariously saved with a picture of the singer in a silly costume, and the name is "Dad," followed by a blue heart.

She also inherited her parents' musical talents, which she showcased in an Instagram post earlier this year. Audrey sits in front of a piano in the black-and-white video, playing a Pat Benatar cover. The caption read:

"Put on a pretty dress and attempted to sing a Pat Benatar song on piano… ATTEMPTED! Excuse my yelling but l gotta have some rock on here 🤘🏼♥️"

After opening briefly with the song's slow melodic start, she starts singing along. At the peak of the video, she masterfully controls her voice while intoning the expressive words beautifully. And her comment section adored the performance.

Friends and fans alike showed their appreciation for her voice, complimenting her on her execution of the song and her feel for the melody. A few even compared her voice to her mother's but said she makes it her own.

Tim McGraw Chose Family

A few years ago, Tim wasn't the family man he is now. Although he always adored his wife and daughters, he drank a lot and neglected his health. The singer explained that he tended to overwork himself and spent his time off trying to escape self-doubt and anxiety. He shared:

"My emotional absence was noticed and it was not scoring any points. Getting real like only she can do, Faith told me, 'Partying or family, take your pick.'"

After his wife's ultimatum, the extent of his wild ways dawned on him, and he made his choice. He put down the bottle, picked up exercise gear, and started working hard to change his trajectory. He started looking after his health, which translated into the rest of his life.

However, the "Indian Outlaw" singer experienced multiple hurdles along the way and learned many lessons. After changing his routine, a few close acquaintances left, and he discovered the importance of staying hydrated after passing out on stage.

That said, he wouldn't go back on his choice. He is healthier than he has been in a long time, and his relationship with his family is blossoming. Tim also wrote a fitness guide aimed at helping people in a rut change course.
