Flack has been with Charles for several years but chooses to keep their relationship away from the media. However, they appeared together at the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards in 2011. They were also guests at the 2012 wedding of Alec and Hilaria Baldwin.
Flack and Charles tied the knot on September 6, 2013, in a private residence in Manhattan. An intimate reception followed at an Italian eatery, Il Cantinori. In the years since their wedding, Flack has posted glimpses of their life together on Instagram, including sweet tributes to her husband.
"Sometimes it feels like we're on an endless merry-go-round of bedtime battles and butt wipes and early morning oatmeal and whose turn it is to run the dog out I did it last time, and I wish that for a minute we could pull back and look at what we've built together (sic)," she shared sweetly on Valentine's Day.

The pair became first-time parents on December 9, 2014, after welcoming a baby boy, Rocco. Four years later, the couple had another child, a daughter, whose birth was announced on social media.
