Rob began his career as a writer for the TV show "SNL." Here, he worked alongside and founded everlasting friendships with actors Chris Rock, Adam Sandler, and David Spade. In 1990, Rob got his start on the cast of "SNL," an opportunity he made the most of.
The comedian's first attempt at marriage came during that time, while he was still an amateur comic in 1988. With the taste of the entertainment industry fresh on his tongue, Rob met his first wife, London King. Their marriage was rushed, and the pair eloped to Las Vegas.
In the summer of 1989, London gave birth to her daughter, Tanner Elle Schneider. Rob Created His Own Sitcom
Rob worked his way up into the cast of "SNL" from being a writer in the late '80s. Over the years, he has cooked up a formidable catalog of films that include "Grown Ups," "The Animal," "Deuce Bigalow," "Home Alone," and many others, including the most recent, "Daddy Daughter Trip."
He expanded his catalog with the launch of the reality TV-style sitcom, "Real Rob." The comedian and his real family star in the show, acting out scripted reality TV-style content. The show mirrors the style of "Real Husbands of Hollywood" more than "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
The first and second seasons are available on Netflix, and the third season is scheduled to be released in 2023. There has not been any confirmation about the show's continuance on Netflix.
