The comedian, born in St. Petersburg, Florida, on November 3, 1972, is quite famous in the entertainment industry, where he takes on various roles. Besides being a stand-up comedian, Bert is also a reality television show host, an actor, and a podcaster. In addition, he so far published one book in 2014.

As much as he enjoys his work, he also greatly enjoys his personal life. He has been married to LeeAnn Kreischer for almost twenty years. Interestingly, he had to promise God that he would marry her before they married. The couple shares two daughters whom Bert loves very much.

LeeAnn Kreischer Is Also a Podcaster as Her Husband

Like Bert, LeeAnn is also a podcaster. She hosts a weekly podcast called "Wife of the Party." It boasts 252 episodes as of December 12, 2022, and has a 4.9 out of five rating from over 1.5k viewer ratings. On the show, she has conversations with friends about various topics related to their personal lives, such as marriage and family.

She also uses her podcast for her philanthropic efforts sometimes. She does this by discussing various charity organizations to raise awareness about them. On her birthday in 2020, she held a fundraiser event on her Facebook for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

LeeAnn is a native of Georgia, born in the small town of Bowdon on August 20, 1971. Perhaps her small-town upbringing influenced her passion for gardening. Earlier this year, she celebrated harvesting the first fruits of her family's one-year-old plum tree.

LeeAnn and Bert Kreischer Dated, but She Dumped Him, So He Had to Fight to Get Her Back

Before Bert and LeeAnn became a couple, they had met twice before. Funny enough, she doesn't remember ever meeting Bert specifically but thinks it was just some random guy, although witnesses say it was him. All she recalls is that on the first occasion, she felt that the guy was rude, and the second time, she thought he was a weirdo.

Luckily, she remembers the third time they met, and that time, she was the one who was mesmerized by Bert. Before long, they went on a date, and a few dates later, they were officially a couple. However, disaster struck for Bert when she dumped him early in their relationship. He admitted to crying and going to an AA meeting after the heartbreak.

After a few days, Bert turned to God to ask him for his lady back, and after making a pact that he would marry her, he went home and found her at his house, ready to talk and save their relationship. The pair managed to salvage their relationship and had their wedding in December 2003.

Bert and Leeann Have 2 Beautiful Girls

In a 2018 Fatherly questionnaire, Bert was asked to describe himself as a father. His answer was he sees himself as a selfish, mediocre, and loving parent. Bert and LeeAnn share two daughters, Georgia, born in 2004, and Ila, born in 2006.

The father of two also recalled his unorthodox way of telling his children that he loved them every time he dropped them off at school. He would scream the words I love you very loudly after they had left the car. However, he sometimes kept it subtle by giving them four kisses on their cheeks.

Bert is a family who is never shy to show his daughters love and tries to spend as much time with them as he can. He even admitted that he always takes the earliest flight to get back home. He said, "Even if I have three shows on Sunday and get done at 3 a.m., I take the 6 a.m. flight back home."

Speaking about his regrets as a father, he said that he would forever be haunted by his decision to sign up for "Bert The Adventurer," a show on the Travel Channel that kept him away from his daughters for seven years. The comedian has a movie called "The Machine" coming up. It will be made by Sony and features Mark Hamill.
